I am extremely disappointed with the service (or rather, lack of service) from this company. I hired them for patio door, paid the advance amount, but they failed to deliver on their promises. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, sales person do not pick up calls or respond to messages. I have to reach out to another person who initially helped with the e-transfer of the advance payment. To make matters worse, they have not refunded my payment even though they never provided the service I paid for. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. I trusted them with my time and money, and they have completely let me down. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere. I would not recommend this provider to anyone.

Got new windows in November 2020. Bad quality, windows screech upon opening and closing. Been a year trying to get them to fix the issue. So far had the installer come and look at it with no further action plan. I follow up every month and they keep saying they will get back. I would not recommend them to anyone. I recently had a new exterior door and Window done by Global Windows and Doors. I couldn't be more pleased with the job! The cost was reasonable, the workmanship was very professional and the job was completed in a timely manner. The clean up afterwards was thorough. I would recommend this company without hesitation. Arthur and his team were absolutely fantastic. The colour of the doors is perfect. The crew arrived early and ready to work. They were polite, friendly and efficient. They went above and beyond to seal and insulate the space around the door and to remove an ancient fixed air conditioner. Highly recommended.

New install of windows, clean and very neat work, front door install looks just wonderful. Very friendly workers who always made sure we were happy with the install as it progressed through the day. We are very satisfied with Global.

Global window installed a fibreglass door. Our house now has the most beautiful front door on the street. I strongly support and recommend the owner Alex for the beautiful installation to our house.

Had my windows replaced. Price was amazing compared to other quotes and a lot of care was taken during the process. The windows are really good quality and the installation was impeccable. The installers used drop cloths everywhere and cleaned up completely afterwards. Very happy with everything.
