    Kitchen and bathroom renovations

    Thanks again for doing a wonderful job, very polite people they worked around my schedule without asking questions. I’m really happy working with the Golden Touch Renovation highly recommend them to whoever wants to do any upgrades around house they are professional ,clean and honest

    Floor

    Customer service is good. They hear you out and tries their best to resolve any issue. Sometimes result may not be as great as expected but again that's life. I am overall happy.

    WATER DAMAGE IN THE KITCHEN CEILING

    Concwood is a very a trustworthy and reliable company. I would highly recommend them. They did a very good job in repairing the water damage in my kitchen in the ceiling. Always on time very friendly people.

    Basement Water Damage

    I had basement flood ,i called concwood ,vali came,I had a very good experience with vali and his team. They were friendly and professional.I always felt like they gave me straight answers and they seemed very knowledgeable.     Service

    I am very impressed with this company. Quick and friendly online quote experience, easy to schedule the appointment and they had next day availability. Vali  called before showing up to verify we were ready and he showed up on time. He had a lot of knowledge and cool gadgets to test stuff and answered all of our questions with experience and patience but also had a very friendly and fun rapport. Thankfully we didn't need further work done and I feel confident that what he told us was accurate. I'd definitely recommend this company and vali

    I was incredibly impressed by their response time in scheduling an appointment and how polite they were on the phone both during scheduling and day of appointment.I highly recommend Concwood Water Damage.

    Excellent Service

    We had water overflow coming from our sump pump that impacted all basement floor and walls. When I called Concwood water damage , they were able to come within 2 hours and were very punctual. They went over and beyond to address the issues and provided a fair and efficient proposal to perform the "emergency services". They also started same day which we greatly appreciated. In addition, the staff extremely responsive on email and text and provided the best service we could expect during our time of panic. We would highly recommend Concwood . Mary

    Dishwasher water damage

    Thanks to manager vali and his team for coming out on a saturday to clean up after our dishwasher breakdown. they extracted the water, cleaned the floor and dried it out. I am very happy with the service received from Concwood water damage.

    Water damage restoration

    I was very happy with the services we received from Concwood Water Damage. Every question or concern we had was addressed quickly, professionally and accurately. My home treated with respect and kept clean throughout the process. Start and end dates were right on and our neighbors had absolutely no complaints whatsoever. I absolutely recommend “Concwood”
