    Mystery Service Second Time Around from Triple T

    Hired Triple T Appliance Repair five years ago to fix a badly shaking dryer and he did a great job - lint needed to be cleaned out and the blower wheel had been thrown out of balance from lint causing the shaking. Five years later and the same problem returned. We tried to clean out as much lint through the lint trap but it wasn't good enough so I called Triple T again. He arrived on schedule, took off the front panel and door, inspected everything and cleaned it out. Then he said he couldn't put it back together as he had somehow damaged a connector on the front panel on one of the control boards. He said he would take the board with him as he had a technician who repaired these things for him, and that he would have the board back to us and reinstall it in one or two days, tops - for no extra charge. Over two weeks later - after numerous text and voice mail messages - Triple T never showed up until I asked him to return the parts he took - these parts were worth well over $500 new. The parts then appeared at our front door, early the next morning with no knock on the door. Anyway, I took a close look at the board, saw that 4 pins on the connector in question were slightly bent, easily straightened them in 2 seconds, re-inserted the plastic retainer on the pins, and it was fixed just like that - perfectly. Triple T could have easily done it himself when he was here. Anyway, in re-installing the front and top panels I also had several extra screws left over and subsequently found that Triple T had removed several screws unnecessarily - forcing me to remove the panels again, inspect the inside frame carefully and reinstall all of the extra screws back into their correct locations. What I don't understand is how a technician who was so great five years ago could turn into a major disappointment five years later - servicing the very same issue on the very same appliance!

    Lloyd was fabulous

    Llyod was quick, thorough and personable. He repaired two appliances quickly. After he left there was a problem and he came quickly to resolve it. It turned out not be something he did, but fixed it anyway at no extra cost. I highly recommend Triple T.

    Dryer Repair

    Floyd was very professional and efficient! Floyd's experience and knowledge quickly diagnosis the issue with my dryer and fixed it in no time. I would recommend Triple T 100%.

    Washing Machine

    Triple T found the drain hose had a leak made a call and was ready to replace the hose the next day. Floyd was friendly and efficient.

    Washer not spinning - replaced door switch

    Floyd thank you! He responded promptly to my call and arrived on time. Excellent service, professional and efficient! With his knowledge and experience he was able to quickly detect the problem and resolve the issue with my Kenmore washer. I would definitely recommend Triple T to family & friends!

    Great and clean service

    I had an issue with my washer for a few weeks. The water was not draining. I called a repair company and they couldn't figure out the problem. Frustrated, I told a friend of mine about my issue and she recommended Floyd of Triple T. I called him and he came the next day. Very nice and pleasant young man who was patient as I explained my issue and frustration. He assured me he could fix the problem. AND HE DID! Not only did he fix the problem, he was honest about the repair. It was a simple fix. He seems very knowledgeable. I asked him if he does installations, which he does so I booked him to install my new dishwasher. He installed it very quickly without problem. With other repair personnel I find they can be a bit messy but Floyd ensured the work area was spotless. His pricing is fair and I would definitely call him up and recommend him for any appliance repair.

    Kitchen Aid Gas Range - Oven fan replacement

    Flloyd is the nicest appliance repair guy I have had the pleasure dealing with. My oven stopped working over the holidays because the fan no longer functioned, Flloyd was able to get the part for me ASAP and come fix the problem and while he was here he even fixed the seal on my Kitchen Aid fridge door. Thank you so much Floyd you are very knowledgeable and experienced in your trade, will recommend to all my family and friends.

    Frigidaire Stove Panel Replacement

    Floyd was prompt, responsive and had parts on hand to quickly replace the circuit board panel on my Frigidaire stove. He also fixed my tenants fridge door. His rates were reasonable.
