The owner Nick is incredibly pleasant to deal with and responds promptly to calls. I had to move the appointment time slightly and he was incredibly accommodating. His staff are friendly and were very helpful explaining the parts of the furnace and what was happeningwhich happened to be nothing they needed to do and didnt charge me. Having your furnace breakdown in this weather is never fun. I was impressed from the beginning with how quick and hands on Nick and his team was in installing a new furnace at a solid price. We are doing a kitchen Reno and had Nick come to look at installing a Mitsubishi unit that would provide air conditioning and heat if necessary. When our A/C failed permanently during a recent heat wave, Nick was quick to respond and provide a competitive quote. Despite a busy schedule, he managed to squeeze us in very quickly and installed a new Mitsubishi system. Nick is very knowledgeable and patiently answered all our questions. He was careful to protect floors/carpets within our home and left no debris outside. Highly recommend.

We had a 12K BTU Mitsubishi ductless mini-split air conditioner installed on the third floor of our detached home. The outside unit was installed, at our request, on our 3rd floor sundeck. The installation was perfect. Our installation included a cover on the exterior wall, over the tubes and wires that connect the inside and outside units, which improves the look of the installation. The outside unit is amazingly quiet (as well as the inside unit). Would highly recommend ICS for an AC mini-split installation.

While looking for a sir sourced heat pump, I received estimates from 5 other companies. Some were obviously trying to unload ASHP -without considering the size needed for our home. Some salespeople didnt know much about heat pumps and one told me that I shouldnt buy one at all and that he would give me a deal on a new air conditioner.
