I spoke with ameen in Friday and book an appointment for Monday. He was spot on punctual. The precious week I had called a guy from another hvac company, he came out and diagnosed the problem. So I bought a new motor and capacitor. Well the 1st guy couldn't repair it. Amen had it diagnosed and repaired within 1.5 hr. He was fast professional efficient knowledgeable. Highly recommend him! He explain what didn't worm and how things functioned. He also gave me advice for inside my home on how to make it more efficient like closing vents in the basement and bathrooms. Little things that you don't think about.

My furnace broke down during the cold snap and was worried that I would not be able find anyone to fix it. I called many places who gave me a a week lead time before they could come out. Hot to cold told me that even though they were very busy they would make sure i was looked after within the day. Sure enough the tech came by after his already long day and fixed my furnace. They provided excellent service, very reasonable pricing, and a positive attitude which is tough to get these days. I will definitely be using these guys again in the future!!!

Had some intermittent problem with my house old furnace 2 weeks ago and called up Hot to Cold Mechanical for advice and service last week. Ameen, the owner/operator showed up at my house shortly. He did a inspection of my 20 some years old furnace and took apart all the burner injectors and thermos-couple for a thorough cleanup as well as checking the gas pressure. Explaining what he was doing while working on them. When he was done and because of the age of my furnace, options of upgrading to a new more efficient furnace was offered but no hard sale which I really appreciated. Ameen is definitely a honest and professional person. The furnace so far have been running normally ever since he serviced it Thumbs up!.
