Hi Joseph
Thanks for spending time and writing your feedback. However I assume you forgot some of the details.
So just for you to remember,
On May 28th, I came personally to your home and picked up the sample of your Aluminum to match it for the windows, to start your project on Monday June 3rd.
On that rainy day, you told me you are not happy with the caulking job your aluminum siding installer had done for you.
And you again mentioned that you asked them to comebavk and redo the caulking. You said that you want to make sure the caulking is dried completely before painting.
So we both agreed to start on Monday or Tuesday (June 10 or 11) if the weather is good.
on June 11th, our rental company delivered the high ladder there, my painter also came at 8:45.
When he knocked on the door, you came out and told him that the aluminum guys haven't showed up yet and the caulking hasn't been done yet.
As we both agreed in person about the date, I think it should be considered as your responsibility when your other contractor hasn't finished the job, to inform us and reschedule it before us delivering the equipment and materials and painters.
Defenitely, when you asked to reschedule the job I had to tell you the we are not responsible to cover the cost of the rental ladder and the payment for a sprayman who drove all the way to your home.
As we didn't want to hurt anyone, we even didn't charge you for the custom colour match paints we bought for you which costs $520, two days ladder rental, the payment for the painter.
When you didn't want to cover the cost of rescheduling, we just fully refunded your deposit and we walked away.
This is so disrespectful the way you wrote.
And it is not fair that you offered our painter to pay him out of company to have your job done in another day.
Our painters are all loyal to us for long time.
I hope next time when you write a review for any businesses, you consider honesty!
