Hands down the best contractor in Barrie! Jesse and his team made renovating my basement a breeze. Pricing was the best Ive found in Barrie area, quality of workmanship was above my expectations and they worked around my schedule to get this done on time. From the beginning I felt trust and will continue to recommend my friend and family for future jobs. Check out my photos, they took my basement out of the 80s and turned it into a modern oasis. Never before have we had a contractor finish the work to the day he promised - and deliver such a beautiful result. JC and Team ripped out and replaced our kitchen and main floor bathroom. They also removed and replaced the outdated flooring, painted the walls and added new bathroom fixtures throughout our home. They were reliable, personable and relatively on budget. We LOVE our 'new' home.

Jesse and his crew creating two beautiful apartments within my home in 2018/2019. I apologize for the late review Jesse! I had interviewed a number of contractors and ultimately chose to work with Jesse and his crew as I felt comfortable with him and trusted his vision. We collaborated well and he was able to incorporate my feedback and help create airy, modern yet rustic spaces for my apartments, one which I live in and the other I rent out. I always felt like he gave me a number of options to choose from which varied in price. The workmanship on the spaces was wonderful and helped to increase the value of my home tremendously. I enjoyed working with Jesse so much that I had his crew come back and complete waterproofing on the outside of my home the next year! I would not hesitate to recommend JC Unlimited contracting to friends and family, which I have already done.

Hired Jessie and his crew to do a basement renovation adding several rooms and repainting additional space already installed. The workmanship was exceptional from installing studs to finished flooring and painting. His crew is extremely professional and courteous and would not hesitate to hire again for other projects we are planning or recommending his company to others. Dave and Anju , Shanty Bay

We contacted JC Unlimited to do our bathtub renovation after reading the great reviews regarding their work. Jesse was always friendly and prompt to return a phone call or respond to an email as we decided on a time frame for our renovation. When the delivery of the bathtub was delayed on our end well beyond our agreed upon start date, Jesse was completely understanding and flexible. The job started soon after the bathtub arrived. Jeff did the renovation. He was friendly and approachable throughout the entire process. He left the work space clean and organized at the end of each day. We unexpectedly needed an electrician involved and JC Unlimited seamlessly took on that responsibility and ensured that aspect of the job was complete. The renovation looks fantastic and it was completed with the estimated time line. We will definitely contact JC Unlimited Contracting again for future renovations to our home.

Jesse and his team did an amazing job putting our house back together after a flood. Dealing with insurance companies are never easy, but Jesse assisted in any way he could, including writing multiple quotes required by the insurance company. The kitchen was completely rebuilt down to replacing the subfloor damaged by water. JC Unlimited contracting was able to do all areas of our rebuild, including full kitchen design, painting, trim and a custom bar built in the basement. All members of his team were extremely efficient and provided beautiful workmanship. Jesse went beyond what we could have hoped for. In the end, he stayed an extra day to make sure everything was perfect. Thank you for helping us through this difficult time.

JC Contracting did a fantastic job on our restoration project! The entire team were great to work with and very professional. Jesse, the owner, was very mindful of what we wanted and kept us in informed every step of the way. They were efficient with their time and stayed on schedule and on budget. All in all, a great company who value their client relationships. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

This was a large back yard renovation, and we are so happy with the final results. From start to finish, Jesse and his Team (Derek, Jeff, Steve, and Jake) were absolutely wonderful. Jesse Was very professional and honest, from the start. His quote was bang on in writing, and he informed us prior to starting, that it would not change, unless we had anything to add, (which we did). His quote’s for the add -ons we had done, were fair, and well worth it. Time line- We did have a unforeseen delay, with the deck, due to the city permit process and changes that came into effect this year. Jesse was persistent with the City, and kept us informed along the way. We were always informed by Jessie or Derek as to when things would be dropped off like wood, gravel, stones etc. We were always aware of when they would be here, and when they were not. We knew what they would be accomplishing day by day because they told us. They were always on time, and they made sure they cleaned up at the end of the day. The supplies they used were second to none, if Derek didn’t like something, he changed it. Derek would ask, what way we wanted gates and doors to swing, what type of hardware we wanted etc, after seeing how meticulous he was, I just said you pick the hardware I trust your judgment. Jesse’s Team works very well together, communication between Jesse and Derek was ongoing and we felt like we were always kept in the loop. What a great team. Thanks Jesse, John and I are so grateful we did the research, got 5 quotes and picked JC unlimited contracting.
