I was having problems with a breaker that was tripping when my Christmas lights were connected. Joseph changed out the breaker, but when that didn't fully solve the problem, they were very quick to come back out and offer their advice on a comprehensive solution to my exterior electrical problems. The billing was more than fair as it required 2 visits to my home, and I was given fabulous service! I wholeheartedly recommend this company!

Needed a panel upgrade in order to install a hot tub. I usually do my own electrical work, but this was beyond my skills. Joe was the first to respond to an inquiry on HomeStars and was the easiest and most reasonable individual to deal with. He stayed true to his quote, did not require pre-payment, no charge for a site visit, and got things done in a reasonable time frame. Communication regarding inspections and site work was satisfactory, but could use a little improvement. The upgrade passed inspection and the hot tub is awesome! Overall, Im satisfied with the work done and would recommend The Electrical Connection. electrician.

I initially called The Electrical Connection for an inspection/second opinion after we were burning through light bulbs at an abnormal rate. The inspection was prompt, thorough and professional. They found very old wiring and a recalled panel among a few other concerns. Ultimately we hired them again to do a full house rewire, replacing the electrical panel, light fixtures, and adding a range hood. The team were all professional, friendly, and answered all of our questions and concerns. They went above and beyond to make sure there was minimal damage in the house, cleaned up after the job, and even added a couple of the extra things in the original quote we had to cut because it was above our budget. Thank you for the outstanding work and ultimately the peace of mind that our home is safe.

Electrical Connection completed a large and complex job for us on our old home. The house had been added to over the years and, as a result the original panel was undersized and in the wrong location and the wiring a mess. A further complication was that we wanted the downstairs rental unit on a separate panel. This necessitated a new 200 Amp service, a new master upstairs panel, a new sub-panel for the downstairs with a meter and a junction box to feed the original circuits to the appropriate panel. Electrical Connection did an excellent job. The two panels are works of art and every wire is neatly run and labelled. I am picky and really appreciate the effort they put in. Electrical Connection worked well with us, communicating in a timely fashion, asking questions where there were uncertainties, and the final product accommodates is very neat. We are planning to use them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
