Had our oak dining table top and 3 extension pieces refinished by Touch Ups Plus after a contractor put a huge scratch on the top during a renovation. They did a fantastic job and table looks better than it ever did. Highly recommend them.

The furniture they refinished can pass for brand new! True craftsmanship at a reasonable price. Communication was excellent throughout the whole process.

I had a large water stain on my solid oak coffee table and Touch Up Plus refinished the table and made it look brand new. Im so pleased with the work fromTouch Up Plus. The service from Lynn, Mark and Mike was super. I would highly recommend Touch Up Plus.

After years of wear and tear from children and pets, I decided to get my very worn desk, dining table and kitchen chairs re-finished. I contacted Touch Ups Plus and am so glad I did. Communication was excellent. Lynn kept me up to date re timing, and spent a lot of time with me explaining the different finish options. The result was even better. Everything looks better than it did originally - and in particular, what Touch Ups Plus was able to do with my badly scratched desk is amazing. I would definitely use them again and highly, highly recommend.

Repaired two antique Chaires our puppy chewed on. Did a outstanding job. They look better now then better our puppy chewed on them.

I had a kitchen table, 6 chairs and a buffet refurnished. They were one of the highest estimates. I said that I wanted it to be the same as the original. It came much later than promised. When it was delivered the kitchen leaf was missing. The finish was not the same as the original, which was very disappointing. There were breaks in the finish on all 4 kitchen legs. Originally, they told me they could send someone out to correct the legs. When I didn't hear from them I emailed them my dissatisfaction. They don't take well to criticism and they don't take responsiblity for their mistakes. I received a nasty email in reply. They asked me to either take another day off work for the corrections to be made or to dismantle the legs and uber them for the corrections to be made. Neither was an option for me. They did uber the table leaf to me but are completely inflexible as to a time for corrections to be made that would not involve me taking more time off work. None of these problems would have occured if they had checked with me before refinishing my furniture differently than the original. They should have given me a heads up that it would take longer than the 4 weeks promised. If my furniture had been inspected before it was sent out and if they had taken some care to ensure my leaf was sent out with the rest of the furniture. All these problems could have been prevented. I don't recommend this company. I am disappointed with my furniture.

Extremely satisfied with Touch Ups Plus, very thorough workers and representatives, better quotes than the competition too. Friendly company that really knows how to get the job done right. Highly recommended because the have the knowledge and years of experience.

I needed to have my Queen Anne desk restored. Found Lynn, Mark and Mike here on Homestars. The quality of work done is exceptional. Additionally, dealing with Lynn and Mark was always a pleasure. They were professional and their communication was excellent throughout the whole process. I felt as if I was dealing with a real, family-run business who clearly take pride in the work that they do. Mark even took the time to show me around the shop to show me what he was working on for other clients. This was no faceless corporation, and it felt refreshing. I knew my desk was in good hands with them, and I was certainly not disappointed. In a word, okay, two words, highly recommended!!
