I was working out of town so most of the communicating was done with email/text Which usually would cause problems but Highlander were great and very responsive to all messages Did the work when they said they would and as far as I can tell so far the new roof looks good They cleaned up well after the work was completed too so overall a good experience and would certainly use/recommend them in the future

Communication was quick and simple when it comes to quotes and the job plan. Roofers completed mine within one day. They give you reasonable quote for roof replacement.

We had some damage from the hail that made some old leaks reappear, so it was time to bite the bullet and do the entire roof. After the hail on Sunday, I spoke to Allan on Monday, had the Quote Tuesday, shingles delivered on Thursday and the job completed on Friday. They used Malarkey Legacy Class 4 shingles, and did a great job overall. Also appreciate that there was no extras for the little issues that were found, since he did a proper estimate based on the condition of the old roof and the age of the underlying structure. Unbeatable service! I would highly recommend.

They kept us informed before, during and after the job was completed. Cleaned up after themselves. Couldn’t even tell that they were there. .
