Superior customer service by Jordan when it came to buying windows, patio door and front door for our house. He kept us informed and updated on when our windows and doors would be available and answered questions quickly. He suggested some options that we went with and wow I’m so happy that we did! For installation we had a duo who arrived on time, were professional, hard working, friendly, and knowledgeable. They are obviously very experienced and it shows as they work together so well it’s almost like a dance between them. Their experience showed with the install and care they took to seal everything. Plus they cleaned up so well you’d never know they were here. Superior work by Sasha and Yuri. Pricing was great for great quality, plus it was important to us to deal with a Canadian company. 🇨🇦 I have zero hesitation in highly recommending the Buildmart Team. It was a great experience from beginning to end. I cannot express how bright, beautiful and efficient our house is.

We just got some new windows put in our house in Kanata by Buildmart Windows and Doors. We ended up with three new windows a fixed one and two casement ones. They're all triple glazed and boy, do they make a difference! The crew that did the job was awesome and they showed us how our old windows wer. This was a total surprise to us, given that the house was built in 2017, but it turns out, it's a common occurrence? We used to get condensation on them every winter, but that's history nowThe kids' rooms aren't nearly as hot in the summer anymore. We can actually take the air conditioning down a notch or two, which is a godsend. We're really liking our new windows from Buildmart. The quality is top-notch, the guys who installed them really knew their stuff, and they didn't miss a thing. If you're thinking about getting new windows, I'd definitely give Buildmart a look. They're the real deal!

We recently replaced the windows during a renovation of our new home. After verifying a few different places we selected BuildMart as they had great service, timelines, responsiveness and a competitive price for a great product. We worked with Richard and he was quick to come by and check out the project and provide us a quote. The arrival and installation were on time and they were great at communicating with us for this aspect of the project. Alex came by to do the final measurements himself. We replaced 8 windows and 1 patio door. The installation crew is great as well and they are all very organized in that office. It is hard to come by windows and this was a major step in our project before we could move forward and they delivered what they promised. We are still waiting on a door replacement from them as well. A family member of mine has also used them and was very pleased as well. I would use Build Mart again in the future and recommend them! The whole experience with Buildmart replacing our windows was great, from our initial contact with Andrew and Alex to setting up the estimates, quotes and contract. The installation with Sasha and Yuri went extremely well. The 7 upstairs windows were completed in a day and the more complicated bay window plus a smaller one were completed on the second day. They cleaned up really well and you wouldn't realize they were there. They were both friendly, courteous and very professional in their work. I highly recommend Buildmart as an excellent company.

I needed to replace a window in the basement to meet code requirements for egress windows. Due to the unusual size, I had to request estimates from many suppliers before finding One that was able to do the work according to my specifications. I was very very pleased with the ease of doing business, quick response times, and flexibility of BuildMart. Not to mention the quality of the product, installation work and good value. I will definitively go back to them for future work.

We had 25 windows to replace on a 110 year old house. We interviewed and requested quotes from a number of companies. Andrew and Alex from BuildMart demonstrated the most interest in doing the work for us. They took the time to address all of our concerns so that we could make the best selection (configurations) for each of our windows. They also helped us obtain the most from the government rebate for greener homes. The work was done in the time frame they promised. Their installers were excellent; they worked efficiently and kept the work area clean. We are completely satisfied with the finished product and we have received numerous compliments on the new look from our neigbours.

From the first phone call with Andrew, I felt valued and throughout the entire process was always communicated with, when promised. All I asked for is reliability and Andrew came through with every commitment promised. Andrew called me when scheduled, followed up with calls, texts or emails when promised. Seb came to my home to measure all windows and patio door on time, when scheduled, and was very professional. I had the best experience from everyone starting with Andrew, Seb and then with Yuri and Alex who were the installers. Very Professional from start to finish and will use them again in 2022.

I had an outside door that was not working so well and needed replacement. As usual I get 2 or three written quotes. Received their quote and they recommended a repair instead of a replace and explained why in detail. Other contractor quotes ranged from $1100.00 to $2300.00. Alex insisted that he come back and they did, all work was complted 3 days later and its been working great ever since. This contracting team was on time fun and most of all so incredibly honest.. These guys have great integrity and morality. has won my trust for life...Definitely recommend this company and workmanship to all..
