    Bathroom Renovation

    I am extremely satisfied with their service. They renovated our bathroom with incredible care. Their scheduling was to the point and they were very polite and friendly. I definitely recommend their service.

    Professional and reliable service

    This company is very reliable and trustworthy. They were committed to agreed timeline and budget. I definitely recommend them for house renovation, kitchen and bathroom facelift and other related projects. I used their services for removing kitchen wall, full upgrade of bathroom, changing all doors, flooring and painting .

    Basement paint, carpet and baseboards.

    We decided to give our basement a facelift with new wall and ceiling paint, baseboards, carpeting and some wall repair. Kiarash was prompt to provide a quote and started the work when promised. At the outset and during the work, Kiarash provided suggestions that resulted in a nicer outcome. As the job progressed, Kiarash inspected the work in progress to ensure it was carried out to his high standard. His workers were pleasant, courteous, and diligent. The job was completed on time and on budget. Thanks, Kiarash.

    Various Home Renovation Items

    We hired Kia’s group to do some renovations in our house. Two (2) bathroom were getting fully renovated; the entrance doors were replaced, stairs got maintenance, the floor was partially repaired (to save some budget) and house got painted top to bottom. Highest standard of quality, professionalism, dedication, cleanliness, fair value, fast service and detailed finishing are what we have been experiencing with Kia’s group during the course of our project. Our project was completed on schedule and under budget. Kia was offering alternatives and complementary services; describing the pros and cons of different scenarios; fair and accurate estimation and let us decide on which scenario you want to proceed. When you hire Kia’s group, you are hiring more than a General Contractor; you are hiring a honest partner and an advocate for your goals and dream home.

    Bathroom Renovation

    Kiarash and his team did an excellent job! He was extremely professional, patient, honest and forgiving. He would give suggestions and advice here and there but will not enforce it- He completely respected our decisions. He also understood our vision for the bathroom renovation and he delivered it well. We will be using his services for the other rooms in the house! Thanks, Kiarash!

    Painting apartment (including extensive prep of walls and ceilings)

    I am very happy with the work done by Kiarash Homes. The quote was reasonable. The paint was good quality. The team was professional, friendly and met all of my requests.
