Sanza Homes Inc. (Saeed and Sep) are like family. Their workmanship, trades employed, attention to detail, and trust is par none. Always empathetic and always aware of client needs and wants. Advice is spot on and takes into consideration the budget, the end goal and best value with optimum results. This is 2nd major renovation with the Sanza Team and going with another contractor is never an option. Highly satisfied with the end results.

When we first met for a quote on the project I knew this was the company I wanted to work with. Exceptional quality and kept to the timelines and budget. I had add ons which they provided at reasonable prices. They had great suggestions and their people were all fantastic to work with. They pay attention to details and as promised they made the rest of the home jealous of the basement. Sanza Homes will be doing our next project.

Saeed was a pleasure to work with on our kitchen and basement renovation. He was extremely patient and explained the different stages of the renovations throughout the entirety of the project including taking time during his weekend to meet us at various suppliers. We have a young family and remained at home during the majority of the project and Saeed and his entire team were polite throughout and extremely reliable and punctual during the project. I am a first-time home owner and my husband and I bought a 1950s original side-split bungalow to raise our 2 young children. When we first walked into this house, we knew that it was in dire need of a full renovation as the interior was worn, tired, and it had a strong musty scent (previous owners were smokers and had pets in the basement). Saeed and Sep were quick to respond and provided me with a clear and honest quotation for my gut renovation project after the consultation. The contract was clear and easy to understand, even for someone like me with no renovation experience. Saeed took the time to go over the contract with me, word by word, to make sure that I had no doubts or concerns about the contract before I signed, which surely eased some of my nerves about renovating. Throughout the project, Saeed and Sep were there every step of the way from the initial design to installation. They worked hard to bring my vision to life and were extremely helpful in keeping my design ideas practical and within budget. I really appreciated their patience as I had many questions for them at every stage of the renovation- from electrical, plumbing, structural issues, kitchen design, and so on. They taught me so much about my own house! I am so happy with the final result because our home now is not only beautiful but also safe as Sep and Saeed went above and beyond to make sure that things were done right and up to code. This was our first home renovation project. After many years of planning, we decided to make our dreams a reality. We extensively researched different companies and chose to work with Sanza Homes. We are so happy with their finished product and the entire experience. Their design work absolutely blew us away and the final project completely exceeded our expectations! Right from the start, the core team of Saeed and Sepher were a class act. They were very professional, diligent and responsive. We cant tell you how nice and pleasant they were to work with. For us, they quickly evolved from being our contractors and felt more like family. Sanza Homes connected us with our designer Mahsa from Masamodesign. Her design concepts elevated our home into one of pure luxury and comfort. We cant believe this is actually OUR home! Saeed, the project manager, made sure everything was done correctly and in a timely manner. He would immediately contact us if any issue came up and he would offer a solution right away. The team executed our project efficiently and effectively which made our experience much more relaxed and without the stress. One of our concerns with selecting a contractor for such a large scale project was someone who would cut corners, rush things, or worse, run away with your money before the job is done. If you choose Sanza Homes, you will never have to worry about these issues. They are honest and sincere people who are very detailed on what you are paying for and delivering on their promise to finish by the targeted completion date. We also wanted to mention how resourceful Sepher and Saeed were, always providing suggestions for items outside the scope of our project such as blinds, AV wiring, fence installation, etc. Without hesitation, we can say that our renovation has made a huge positive impact on our daily lives. We love every aspect of our new home and in awe of so many things each day. Their plan layout was logical, comfortable and created a functional space that is perfect for our day-to-day family life. Our friends and family are so impressed by the effort and detail that went into designing our dream home! We are so glad to have found Sanza Homes to complete our basement makeover. We had gone through a couple of "2-dollar" contractors who were unreliable and unprofessional, who ultimately we fired. Finding Saeed and Sep from Sanza Homes definitely brought a level of professionalism and accountability we have rarely seen in the renovation and construction business. They were incredibly patient, listened to our ideas and design choices, suggested some of their own, and worked diligently to complete the project within a reasonable timeframe, all things considered.
