While away, my daughter had a hard time with our front door lock and could not get into the house. She called their emergency service waited 45 minutes to have someone show up. They removed the old lock and replaced it with a new one. In doing so they damaged the door with deep scratches and the lock had an open gap all around it. When I returned and saw that the front door had an opening around the lock I freaked out. I called the company to come immediately to fix it. They did show up in the evening after I sent them pictures of their so called professional service. This new lock did not open easily with the keys provided either. The service guy wanted to add a silver plate to cover the scratches. Our door handle and lock are bronze coloured so I refused. He insisted that the scratches were just a small touch up. After arguing he did change the lock to the appropriate size and changed the handle as well which left another hole. We will have to repaint our front door! The $452 will cost us much much more. He also left telling us he had lost money because he gave us more than the $452 we had initially paid!

Do not use them. They opened an indoor lock and charged an old lady $300 and tried to sell her a $40 lock for $300... not to be trusted... added himself a $28 tip to her card... should be ashamed of himself.

This company is a farse. The charged us $310 to break out door knob. Do not call them!

DO NOT USE THEM! They won’t tell you about everything they charge for, and then add it after they’re done. Their customer service is non existant and their prices are triple everywhere else. Believe me. Get someone else!

I broke my only transponder key for my truck and called Canadian Locksmith. I spoke to David and he had a technician sent over immediately. The technician was very helpful and guided me through the process providing all my options. I was able to access and start my car within 30 mins. There was some billing issues, but David was able to get it resolved instantly. Highly recommended and when you call ask for David!

I have used Canadian locksmith company once before for an emergency lock service and they did an unbelievable job that I use them when I renovated my house and changed all the locks. They were so kind and professional. I am a single mom and did not know anything about locks I was worried they would take advantage of my lack of knowledge but They took the time to explain everything. The price was very fair. I will continue to use them for future services.

We found Canadian Locksmith Services through an online search and arranged an appointment to change existing door lock to a digital key pad. The technician, David, came within a few hours. He finished the work and explained how the new lock would work, both with and without a key. He was very pleasant and it was a pleasure to do business with this company. Based on this experience, I would absolutely call them again if I needed help.

Was locked out of my house last week it was almost midnight! Call the them up, dispatcher was very nice sent someone right away did not have to wait long which was awesome! He got me into my house really quickly without damaging my door! Quick and easy and was very fair on the price!! Would definitely recommend.
