This company was recommended to me by a friend, and I am so glad that I took the advice. The owner, Sam, is a perfect gentleman and did a superb job renovating my kitchen and bathroom. He's an experienced plumber and electrician, so never needed to call in subcontractors. The price he quoted was fair, and he never asked for more money because the job was proving "more difficult than expected". My experience with contractors in the past has been spotty, but Sam was honest to a dime, and even added upgrades at his expense because he thought they made the work look better. He runs a tight little team who are perfectionists. He frequently asked me if everything was to my liking. Communication was perfect; I never had to wait for an answer to a question. I highly recommend this company.

Sam and his team worked on our upper and main floor renovation over 4 weeks. Couldn't be happier with the end result. Our house looks brand new again. We even added some additional work and they were able to complete it without issue. Project was completed on time and on budget.

We recently had our basement renovated, and I couldn't be happier with the work. The team went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied throughout the entire process. They were incredibly clean and respectful while working, taking the time to vacuum and mop every day before they left. It was clear from the quality of their work that they were true professionals with extensive experience. I never had to chase after them for updatesthey consistently pointed out any potential issues and offered thoughtful solutions. I would absolutely recommend them for any future projects.

Sam went out of his way to ensure that the job was done to perfection; he had an eye for detail, creative solutions to problems and ensured and the site was always left clean at the end of each day. He met the cost and time estimate, and we were very happy with the job. Would definitely recommend him to friends and family, and will use him for future work without hesitation.

Sam was amazing to work with from start to finish. We needed a wall knocked down in order to create a large master bedroom. We were also under a time crunch as we just bought the house and had a month before we moved in. Him and his team were able to accomodate us and the final product exceeded all of our expectations. The attention to detail was greatly appreciated and we could not be happier. We will definitely be using Sam again in the future. Thanks again!!

This is our second time hiring C&X Construction, and again, we are thrilled with the quality of the craftsmanship, the efficiency of the work, and the kindness and diligence shown by Sam and his crew. We asked Sam to update our lighting on the main floor, and refresh our walls and floors. C&X did a fantastic job removing our tired pot lights, and did an amazing job making our walls and ceilings looking better than new (and smooth!). Unfortunately, our window of time to get this work done was limited, and Sam did everything he could to get all the work done (and more!) and get us in our home for Christmas. Proof, yet again, that Sam doesnt just care about your home, but he cares about your family too. Our children call him Uncle Sam, for example. C&X Construction is the only contracting company we consider when we need something done around the house. They are fair and always do their best for you and your home. Thank you Sam!

I am so glad that I have Sam as project constructor. He is a professional perfectionist . To me, the most amazing part was the team nicely remodeled my house within the contact timeline.

Sam and his team renovated our bedrooms, hallway and stair case. They removed the popcorn ceiling, installed hardwood flooring, custom cabinetry, lighting and a new staircase. Sams attention to detail is impressive. He and his team are very professional, completed the project on time, on budget and maintained a clean workspace. This is our second project with Sam and we wont hesitate to work with C&X Construction again.
