Joel is very knowledgable in his field. The moment he stepped in the shop and looked at the AC system, he was able to identify the problem and made a recommendation. My breaker panel was tripping each time I turned on my air condition. The system is working perfectly now. We at Blades II Men Barbershop are truly grateful for the work done by Joel from Knowledge HVAC and Refrigeration!

I’m impressed by the service and quality of inspection work by Joel. Also impressive was the quick availability on the same day. He made himself available to fit in with my schedule, the accommodation was appreciated. Joel was very polite, friendly, respectful and professional on the calls, and continued to be in person. He was thorough when reviewing the areas of concern in the home being considered for purchase, and provided clear information and quote estimates for the potential work. We are so incredibly happy with the work Joel did! Joel was incredibly professional, but also personable. The job took two days, as he replaced our hot water tank and installed a whole A/C unit. He explained processes, let us know what would be best for our home and most economic for us, which we greatly appreciated. Aside from being kind, he also worked in a fairly small area and kept it neat-and then took whatever garbage he created with him. He also put up with our dogs being crazy! We can’t thank him enough for such a positive experience, considering we were dreading having it all done. We highly recommend Knowledge HVAC and Refrigeration.

I was overheating in my place until Joel came out and installed the A/C for me. Only took a day n a half or so...was very today and answered any questions I had. Boy am I sleeping cool now!
