TSR helped with exterminating rats living in our crawl space under our house. They studied the situation carefully and acted with mastery of their trade. Rats were gone in a few days.

Very reliable company. I used them before for squirrel removal from attic. I had them back for some spray foaming work. In both cases I was amazed by the quality of their work.

A fully grown raccoon was stuck in our roof upside down. It managed to make a big enough hole in plywood for its head to go in but the body was large and got stuck. I called three companies before I could reach TSR. Everyone other than Sal refused to help us because they said raccoons in that situation are dangerous and can injure workers trying to rescue them. Sal was brave and humane. He had the right tools and saved the poor animal quickly. He was also courteous enough to install a temporary fix on the hole the raccoon had dug.

Sal took his time to figure out what the source of our pest problem was. He carefully inspected and determined it to be a rat infestations rather than squirrels, which we had originally suspected. His treatment resolved our issue fast.

Squirrels chewed through our dryer vent cover and were nesting inside the ductwork. As a result, the dryer was frequently shutting down. Sal completely removed the nest and animalproofed the vent cover for us. He also disinfected the pipe against lice and other pests squirrels carry.

Alan diagnosed the problem right away. He showed us a video of how our attic looked and different areas where mice were nesting. The treatment has worked wonderfully. Highly recommend Alan and TSR Pest Control.

Sal and his team removed raccoons, disinfected raccoon latrine in our attic, and blocked two raccoon access areas on our roof. They were professional, offered competitive pricing, and did an excellent work for us!
