ecently bought a condo. Not from the GTA area so they were referred by a local realtor (whom also referred my amazing painter and electrician). Had it fully painted so it needed a good dusting of the floors, baseboards, mirrors, counters, bathrooms, etc. No furniture whatsoever to clean around, just a few suitcases. All appliances fully cleaned prior to move in so they werent needed. Specifically requested tops of baseboards, light switches, vents and such as those arent commonly done by cleaners. Communication was phenomenal prior to my payment being taken which was required two days prior. I was quoted more hours than I believed was needed but was told they would refund for the time not used. Now I cant get a reply to see if that was the case. As I was out of town when it was cleaned, I wasnt able to inspect immediately. When I did arrive two weeks later, I cant even tell the cleaners were here at all. The baseboards, light switches and such are covered in painting dust. The floors are filthy. I get normal dust happens over time but this is all painting dust and more than would accumulate in 2 weeks. The mirrors and exterior of appliances are streaky which could be the only sign they were here at all. When my painter came for his walkthrough, he confirmed my suspicions that if they were here which was a few days after him, they werent here for long at all. Truly disappointed and surprising since I was considering having a regular clean going forward too. Would not recommend and would give zero stars if an option.
Update: they were supposed to come back and clean the areas not done and they were a no show. Also, as I was suspicious that they didnt come at all, I confirmed with the security log book and they didnt showed up the first time either. No replies to texts or calls. Again, do not recommend using this company.
