We were arranging a top-up of attic insulation which revealed a mould problem which had to be remediated first. We received referral to Restoranation. Alex was quick to respond, inspect and quote the job. They arrived on time and did a spectacular job removing the mould from the attic and cleaning and disinfecting when finished. I would highly recommend their services. See 2 before photos and 1 after photo.

Alex, Arthur, and Charles were fantastic from start to finish. Very professional and caring team who took the job very seriously. We had a small amount of asbestos in our older home and they were able to squeeze our job into their calendar on a date that worked for us. This was my second time using Restoranation to address mould in a different area of my homethis time in the showerand once again, they exceeded my expectations. After trying to remove it myself only to have it reappear within two months, I knew it was time to call in the professionals. I was glad to see the same technicians, Charles and Arthur, who arrived promptly, fully equipped, and worked with exceptional attention to detail to ensure every trace of mould was thoroughly removed. Once again, I was impressed by their respect for my home, containing the work area and cleaning up meticulously afterward. Not only did they remove all visible mould, but they went above and beyond by cleaning the mould at the base of the shower and bedroom windows. Alex not only conducted an air test but also thoroughly expected the whole home. He also provided a lot of useful information on what to expect from the results and what to look for in the future in order to continue maintaining a clean and healthy environment. I can't praise the Restoranation team enough. They went above and beyond when they treated the mold in our basement. The guys were very helpful, constantly updating and explaining things to us and even working until after midnight to make sure my wife didn't go without heating and hot water. I was away at the time and they made the whole process easy for my wife. If you have a mold problem, Restoranation is the place to go to get it sorted.

Finding out you have mold in your home with a newborn baby is definitely an anxiety-inducing experience. Im so thankful we found the Restoranation team. We really appreciated the professionalism, timeliness of service, and the level of clarity and communication provided. Alex explained the process thoroughly, gave a detailed breakdown of the quote, making adjustments almost immediately as we requested, and stayed in touch throughout the process. Charles and Arthur were both extremely knowledgeable, friendly and did a meticulous and clean job. They were also able to clearly identify the source of the mold and helped explain how to prevent recurrence in the future. We had 2 jobs, one in our basement and one in the garage and are incredibly please with both (cost is per job). Highly recommend this team.
