Alex gave us a very informed and detailed estimate. He explained exactly what his team would be doing. I was so impressed how they completely contained the area in the bedroom. They showed us before and after pictures of the attic and it was amazing. They completed on time, cleaned up like they hadn’t been in the house. Charles, Rob and Aurthor were polite and respectful with our family and our home. We would definitely recommend Restoranation Inc to our friends and neighbours. Amazing crew that stayed for a 12 hour shift to complete the mold abatement work and agreed to complete additional work through a last minute request from myself. The work was done professionally and we are very pleased with the results. Would highly recommend this company to others looking to complete demolition or mold remediation work.

As a first-time homeowner, I felt overwhelmed with the news of possible mold in the basement. The staff involved, Celine and Arthur, were patient, informative and responsive to all my needs. Their communication and support from the beginning, during and after completion made all the difference. And what an incredible job. The team exceeded expectations from the initial inspection to the final clean-up and removal. I appreciated that the staff made time to share their experiences and knowledge for my future consideration in my renovation plans. I would utilise and recommend this service highly. Alex was very responsive and helpful with recommendations for the work. Quote was perfectly accurate to final bill and they completed the job when promised. They even went above and beyond in fumigating for mold in master bedroom ahead of time while awaiting job to start. My only disappointment is that they didn’t remove the floor tiling which later revealed the cause for mold problem. I’m thankful it was discovered independently so the retiling of shower wasn’t a waste. Alex did give independent contractor some reimbursement for their labour as it should have been done by Alex’s team when the rest of the tiles were removed. Overall satisfied - thanks Alex.
