The guys at Restoration Inc are great! They put an emphasis on customer service and take pride in the work they do (as they should). Their work is exceptional, taking the time and paying attention to detail to ensure its done thoroughly and correctly.

We had mold affecting all 5 basement windows. Alex quickly responded to my request for a quote with a site visit, and took the time to explain possible causes and remediation solution. On the day of, Alex came with Charles and Arthur for another walk through. All of them were very professional, knowledegable and patient answering my questions. Charles and Arthur did an amazing job removing the mold from all the basement windows! They also took the time to share helpful mold prevention tips. I highly recommend Restoranation!!

Alex, Charles and Arthur were fantastic. Very professional, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. If we could give 11 out of 10 we would. They stayed until 9:30pm to make sure we only got charged for 1 day.

We had Restoranation Environmental Services come to do abatement and repair of our livingroom ceiling due to a couple of leaks in our roof. Alex explained in detail what and how the work will be done, which was great to help us understand. We were so impressed with the setup in terms of the containment area that was constructed which included fans and vacuums to minimize any dust or asbestos from the popcorn ceiling escaping the containment area!! The guys were friendly, personable and obviously skilled at what they did, and kept us updated with any changes or supplies they need to go purchase such as drywall! Once the repair work was done, they removed everything, cleaned any debris that remained during tear down and left the livingroom spotless!! This is a family run business and they focus on the work that needs to be done, as well as making sure the customer is well informed and happy with the results!! They will be returning at the end of the month for further work! We can't wait to see them again!! We highly recommend this company!! Thank you so much to Alex and his crew!!!

The team was very knowledgeable, polite and courteous. They did a great job and provided great before and after photos. They were Very flexible for scheduling and getting the work done as quickly as possible as we had a bit of a deadline to meet. Great job.
