We needed mold remediation in an attic area. Alex came to view the job and provide a quote within a day of calling, and was eager to provide answers to all my questions. The price was also less than other quotes we received. The team came on the day we scheduled, and went over the project before starting. They put runners down to prevent dirtying our carpet, and were overall very courteous. They completed the entire job in one day! We were so pleased with the service, and they thanked us! Would highly recommend them.

Alex was very friendly and professional. He went above and beyond to address all of our concerns, making sure we had all of the information we needed before taking the samples we requested. He never made us feel rushed or like we asked too many questions, and not once did we feel pressured to do anything we didn't feel 100% comfortable with. Alex has a great wealth of knowledge and was an absolute delight to work with! If I could give more than 10/10, I would!

We wanted to know how much it costs for our attic mould removal. Restoranation was the first company to contact me with my request and arranged an on-site inspection of the situation. Alex came to inspect and we could tell he's knowledgable and professional, explaining with clear terms what the problems were and what the solution was. He even went ahead and suggested a range of the estimate up front before sending it over. The price is over our budget though as this kind of job seems to be quite expensive. Although we eventually decided to call off the project, we would like to work with Alex and co in case we need it in the future.

After some recent renovations, I found that my attic was extremely wet and had lots of mold. Restoranation Inc was the 1st company to contact me after opening a service request on Home Stars. I explained the urgency of the situation. not only because of the mold but because I had other trades lined up back to back. Alex came out to look at the situation the next day and was able to schedule the job for the next day. Alex was very knowledgeable and professional. Charles & Arthur did the job. Everything they were going to do was explained to me. Before & after pictures were provided. The after pictures were amazing. Thanks to Alex and his team for acting so quickly and efficiently. I will definitely recommend them to anyone I know who is in the need for this service.

I received three quotes for this job. Restoranation's quote was in the middle. I chose them since they were the only ones to send someone to actually look at the attic and because they were interested in determining the cause of the mold and what could be done to ensure it did not return. I decided to have the old insulation removed, the removing of the mold and then new insulation put into the attic. The crew that came each day was very professional and friendly. I liked the fact that they took before and after pictures of the work performed.

One of the pipe connection to the waste water sewage drain had cracked and waste water went into my basement floor. Over time black mould started to developed on the drywall. I called Restoranation Inc and I was glad I did. Not only were they fast and responsive, they were professional all through out the process from the time of estimate to job completion. Thank you Alex, Charles, Arthur, and the entire Restoranation team for making this house a safe living environment for our family.

I've removed my basement ceiling and found a few dead mice and a lot of mouse droppings, giving me allergic reactions for days. I also had an old carpet to remove from the basement, as well as some mold on the foundation wall. Having used Restoranation on many occasions before, I knew I could count on them to handle these problems. After a day of work, the basement was properly clean and disinfected. Once again, great work by the team, I highly recommend their services!
