Merv was prompt, professional, tidy; and was exceptionally good at what he does. Our dishwasher was leaking, I made a request on HomeStars and Merv responded right away. Asked for some details, and made an appointment for me the next day. He came, diagnosed the issue, and because he asked for the model; he had the parts prepared on his truck and was able to do the repair same-day. The process was incredible smooth, well communicated, and cleaned up afterwards. Couldn't have asked for a better service provider, thanks Merv!

Merv came prepared with spare parts and fixed my dryer and fridge (ice maker) in no time.

Our dryer was making a horrible loud noise whenever it was turned on. As soon as I posted on HomeStars factory direct reached out and offered to be there the next day. He was polite and respectful of our space and the dryer was fixed and working as normal within the hour.

Stove element was making a crackle sound and smell of burning when not on. Merv came the same day and replaced the two element switches that were defective. I have used them in the past and will definitely call again when an appliance breaks. Thanks for the service

My washer spin cycle was not working, Neville came by was very friendly and professional and had my washer up and running again in less than 40 minutes. Our dryer just gave out one night and stopped heating. Contacted factory direct appliance service. Merv was prompt and had the dryer fixed within 40 minutes. I cannot stop saying thank you and will recommend his services to all family and friends.

Merv did a great job! This is my second time using Factory Direct Appliance. I contacted him Wednesday night as I noticed my washer leaking. He responded within half an hour and came over the next day. He checked my stacked washer which was not easy to get at, and advised me that given the age of the washer (14 years) and the cost to fix, it would be better to get a new one. I have a very small space so he advised me what to do and what brand of washer would be good. Thanks again Merv!

Need a washing machine bellow replacement. I had already researched the approximate parts costs and watched a few youtube videos on how to do it. Wasn't going to do this myself and put out a request for quotes. Merv was the first to respond and had a very fair quote. He said he would be available within the hour so I accepted. He indeed came within the hour. He was dressed and outfitted professionally, and completed the work quickly. He was courteous, responded to all questions, and offered maintenance tips for the future.
