After meeting with five contractors, we decided on The Wall Doctor. Our first contractor backed out of the project, and it turned out to be a blessing in disguise. The condo was in a building from the 1950's. It needed a lot of care and attention to detail. Many wounds on the surfaces, cracks from floor to ceiling halfway across the room, peeling paint, and other inconsistencies, presented a challenging assignment. Daniel and his team arrived on day one and every stage of the project was handled with patience, care and attention to detail. The tradesmen took great pride in how they approached the job. The removal of an area of the ceiling previously caused by water damage created a seamless surface , and was replaced with new drywall. I was reassured of the structural soundness of the ceiling although another contractor told me it could collapse on my head at any time. Honesty, integrity, excellent communication, punctuality and a realistic timeline to complete the work. All of the above added to my peace of mind, and the final result was a " work of heart ". It felt like a "rebirth." I couldn't imagine how those weatherbeaten surfaces could be given new life. I would confidently recommend Daniel and his team in the future. Much gratitude and appreciation for healing and restoring and transforming the space.

The Wall Doctor was a dream to work with from start to finish. They quickly responded to my inquiry and let me send photos for their estimate--it was easy and convenient for me. Daniel and Hafeez came right on time, finished early and did an amazing job with my wall with multiple cracks and peeling plaster. They went the extra mile by adding priming and silicone around the 100 year old baseboards for a perfect result for me to start painting. Here is one photo showing how the hard plaster cracks were fixed. I still need to paint it but you can see the fine finish.

This is the second job The Wall Doctor team has done for us, and I would definitely use them again. They framed, insulated, drywalled, and laid subfloor in our basement. Daniel developed a creative and effective plan to work with some unusual geometry in our older home, and the team was hard working, communicative, and very cooperative. The result is perfect. We're very happy.

We have had the Wall Doctor come out several times to repair several of our ceilings and walls. They are very professional, hard working, and meticulous about getting everything perfect. Basement external wall water damaged with a bit of mould. Also, bathroom floorboard damaged and mouldy. Wall Doctors cleaned, repaired, and painted with efficiency, courtesy, and timeliness. Excellent job by a clearly very competent crew. Very satisfied.

Had the Wall Doctor come in and do a significant amount of plaster repair in a 100+ year old home. They were prompt, clean, extremely helpful and professional. Very pleased with the quality of work and would highly recommend.

We had hired a company to remove textured plaster ceiling. Something went wrong in a couple of areas and they did not come back to repair. I did some research and found The Wall Doctor. They told me that they could fix the issue. I wasnt convinced but I took the risk. I am so glad I did. Antony was doing the work and he did an amazing job. All issues were fixed. He was great. If I ever need any work in the future, I will definitely call them again and would definitely recommend them to others.

We're very satisfied with the job that Daniel and his team did for us. They were on time, informative and kind. They removed a closet dry wall for us and patched up the ceiling and wall. We're very pleased with the result and would be happy to hire them again.

I would give them a 5, except plaster is unpredictable and I'd like to observe how it behaves a year after the repair. Daniel was honest, professional and accommodating and they were the only company to provide options covering the whole spectrum between repair and replacement. The house is >100 years old with multiple original plaster walls including a whole room that required demolition/ replacement. Their dust control was incredible and the crew was very attentive to detail and professional. I also appreciated how they devoted the full week to the job, and weren't trying to juggle multiple jobs within the same week span. Would recommend them and intend to follow up with them for future work.
