    Install or replace heatpump: New installation; Unsure
    I made the best decision, in going with Dolphin Mechanical! Pat was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and communicative throughout the process of selecting and installing my new heat pumps. It was a bit of a trickier job due to problems with the prior installation, but his team navigating it extremely well. Had a gone with a company with less skill or integrity to do it the right way, it could have been a disaster. Pat also went above and beyond in communicating with my roofers (where the outdoor unit was going), to ensure the support of both projects. He also helped me make a selection of products, offering honest and sound information. I felt like he had my best interest at heart, rather than merely trying to sell me something. I truly couldn't be happier - thank you Pat and and your team!!

    Install or replace airconditioning: New installation; 3 or more units
    Pat and crew were extremely responsive, collaborative and flexible and took it as a personal mission to ensure that we were completely satisfied with their work. We would highly recommend them. They installed a ductless heat pump/air conditioning system in our 100+ year old home and impressed us with their thorough knowledge and experience, as well as with their proactive recommendations for how best to proceed, with a willingness to adjust for our specific needs.

    Pat and Ahmad did an amazing job installing a mini split in my daughter's room. They were very considerate in working in her room and were very flexible when it came to installing the unit to meet our needs. I would highly recommend Dolphin Mechanical Services.     Install or repair water heaters: Replacement; Storage tank
    While I was tidying up after the installation was completed, I noticed a misalignment of the gas line to the water heater. I called Patrick to advise him of the problem and his team was back at my home before the day was out to correct the problem and provided some "value added" service by improving the vertical positioning of the tank.

    Repair or Service Water Heater
    Our hot water tank needed to be replaced, we price shopped and Dolphin gave us the price for upgrading to a tankless water heating system. The service was great, they were on time, quick, thorough, and very easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend!

    Heat pump install

    Just had a heat pump installed to replace an ageing AC and had a fantastic experience with Dolphin Mechanical Services. Pat and Ahmad provided top tier customer service from the initial quote and throughout the installation process. After testing out the heat pump for the last week, I know I made the right choice by calling Dolphin. I would not hesitate to call them again in the future for my other HVAC needs. Thanks!

    Replace Oil Furnace with All-Electric Heat Pump Solution

    House with no natural gas hook up, oil furnace with ducted system. Dolphin Mechanical put together a solution with a heat pump paired with an air handler including auxiliary heat strips. Competitive price and immediate availability, but what made us choose Dolphin Mechanical was the detail and transparency about what was involved and the plan to execute. They coordinated removal of the oil furnace and tank, and the new system install went like a well practiced dance. They followed up to confirm satisfaction, and are always available to respond to any questions. The new system is a dramatic upgrade from the old oil furnace. Very pleased with this project.

    New furnace and heat pump

    After our basement was flooded and our furnace was ruined, we got a new furnace and heat pump, proficiently and pleasantly explained by Pat, and expertly installed by Ahmad, owner of Dolphin Mechanical. They were quick, solved the problems of installation easily and without extra cost, and we felt we were treated honestly and compassionately in our situation. Highly recommend them!!
