Mike repaired our Samsung fridge, which required a new part, and our Panasonic microwave. He is very knowledgeable, professional and honest. We were very pleased and highly recommend Mike and New Star Appliance Repair.

Mike was very quick to reply to a draining issue. I did all the troubleshooting on line and could not resolve the draining issue myself. Mike corrected the problem in less than 5 minutes. He showed me where the "blockage" was happening and how to resolve this issue myself in the future. The issue was not even related to the dishwasher and is a plumbing design issue. I would recommend New Star Appliance Repair to anyone.

Mike serviced my LG front load washer. He is timely and takes great care and pride with appliance. He is patient and does not rush the job. We appreciated his professionalism and will use him to service all future appliance issues in our home.

Had water leaking underneath front loading washer. Called New Star and Mike was able to come out same day. Mike found the problem, got the part and had it installed in good time. Work space was kept clean during repair and left that way upon completion. Mike is friendly, courteous and keeps prices very competitive.
