Uniquehouse was godsent to us in the midst of our renovations! Our project included tiling of the kitchen, eat in area, laundry room, powder room and the front foyer on a tight timeline! From the beginning, they listened to our renovation needs and streamlined the project to fit our vision. We secured their services for a VERY reasonable price in comparison to six other quotes we received. There was never a need to micromanage the project as they worked diligently and professionally. The attention to detail was beyond anything I had expected from a contractor. They always consulted us when unforeseen circumstances arose (due to the age of our house the conditions were not always perfect) and offered their expertise and guidance to overcome them. We were never left stranded with these issues. They are definitely masters of their trade and I would recommend them with my eyes closed for any project they undertake! I personally will be welcoming them back on our future renovation projects!

Uniquehouse was contracted to repair/replace porcelain tiles which have been laid by another company. I cannot stress enough how amazing Mark and his team were in going above and beyond our expectations. In addition to having experience and being extremely knowledgeable, Mark’s precision and attention to detail was outstanding. They not only fixed the problem areas but they made my floor look amazing. Mark and Kate have also on their own time and budget helped us with smaller projects which enhanced the beauty of our home. We hired unique house to install our kitchen backsplash and install our range hood. Right from the beginning, the experience was fantastic. We were extremely pleased with the work that Mark and Kate did for us. They completed the tile work in two bathrooms on time and on budget. It looks beautiful. We hired Uniquehouse as part of a full kitchen connecting hall and powder room renovation to remove our old existing tile floors and replace them. After talking to a number of tiling professionals we found ourselves going back to Mark and Kate as our benchmark standard. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail were obvious from the first time we met them. This was a large project for us and we put our faith in them and have been very pleased. Mark is a consummate craftsman, the work is exceptional, the professionalism fantastic, Mark’s thoughtfulness and attention to the smallest details are outstanding, and his knowledge of how to construct something to make it last is wonderful. We are thrilled with the end result, would have them back to do another project for us in a heartbeat We would highly recommend Uniquehouse to anyone looking for a tiling professional, or some of the other work that Uniquehouse specializes in.

Let me first begin by saying that I've gone through several renovations in my lifetime. What Mark and Kate were able to do was nothing short of incredible. Initially, I wanted to do very minor things around the house, but after meeting Mark, I realized how amazingly talented he is and I've yet to see anyone as hard working as him. He'd always show up on time (or earlier) and was focused the entire time on all of the things that were important to me, creating a beautifully renovated space, while also ensuring it's safe for my little daughter. Mark is very detailed in his approach and is able to see details that are not visible to 99% of people out there. He's also very honest and explained his process every step along the way to ensure that I was on board and aware. He had very clear goals each day and week and always set out to accomplish it. In the end, there were upgrades made to my bedroom, bathroom, basement, stairs, living room, kitchen and front porch. I never realized that after living here for nearly 10 years, that I could sit in a home that feels brand new and 200% better than it ever did before. I'm not kidding at all when I say that Mark was able to create my dream home. I'm so thankful to him and Kate for going above and beyond. Also, it helped that my daughter absolutely fell in love with how nice and friendly Mark and Kate are!
