    Water service line replacment

    Lux plumbing was called for an emergency repair of the water service line to my house. They showed up promptly to review the job and provide an estimate. Andrew set up a temporary water service from the neighbors until a new line could be replaced the next day. The service line was replaced in one day. Andrew was very friendly and explained all the work he was doing. He even offered to help move back all the items stored under the stairs which were removed for access to the service line entry to the house. I found Lux to be reliable, efficient and competent. The final invoice was exactly what was estimated and was the lowest estimate I received. Lux was very competitively priced. I would use Lux for any future plumbing work.

    Sewer Backup

    Had an emergency on a Friday evening called LUX Plumbing. Andrew picked up the phone immediately and was very nice to talk to. I explained that we had a drainage back up he was at our place within the hour. When he arrived he was quick to diagnose the issue and have it sorted out. Turned out with the camera inspection that was done by Andrew after he cleared our line that the cause of problem was due to old partly collapsed pipe. Andrew showed us the exact issue in the camera inspection and found out the precise location. He then provided us with a fair estimate and organized and completed the project very efficiently so we wouldn't have this issue again. I highly recommend LUX Plumbing and will be referring him to all of my family and friends.

    Main water line

    We contacted lux plumbing and Drainage for our main water line repair .Andrew and his team were super professional and easy going .they didnt mind staying after hours to get the job done.i was so satisfied with their finishing work they took care of it all ,like they were never there .overall i will definitely recommend this company to whomever that finds themselves in an emergency situation like me .thanks Andrew

    Drain Tile Replacement

    We called lux plumbing to provide us with an estimate for our upcoming drain tile replacement project as we had a major insurance claim due to rain water seeping into our basement. Andrew was very pleasant to speak to over the phone and booked us for an estimate the following day. When he arrived he explained step by step everything that would be involved in the two week project for our drain tile replacement. We decided to go with his company and we did not regret it. The project was completed in the most effective manner the crew was very clean and organized. He awnsered all of our questions during the process. Thank you Andrew and the crew you were in charge of I only remember one of their name I think it was Brent. 5 stars highly recommended I will pass your info over to all of my family and friends.

    Plumbing repairs

    Lux plumbing provided Fast, efficient and fair prices. They explained the work before starting and finished as promised. Highly recommend their services. They are truly pros and will be using their services in the future when needed.

    Sewer Line Replacement

    On a Friday evening we had a sewer back up and found lux plumbing. They were transparent about pricing over the phone and arrived within 45 minutes. They explained what they were going to do and had it cleared in no time. Andrew provides us and estimate upon completing a camera inspection and found roots he was back within 48 hours and replaced our line and left the job site cleaner then original even after excavation. Highly recommend them and will definitely ya again and recommend to friends and family

    Sewer line repair

    Called these guys for an emergency sewer back up. Andrew arrived quicker then expected he thoroughly explained what he was going to do and had our sewer cleared in no time. He Completed a camera inspection and found roots in the darainage system gave us a competitive estimate and started the repairs in 48 hours. Will be recommending his services to family and friends.

    Estimate

    Requested estimate to do a project at home. Took time to come over after hours. Though took a bit longer to get estimate than expected, appears to be a fair price.

    Amazing job clearing stubborn blockage

    Such amazing service by a kind well hearted gentleman. We called Lux for a very badly clogged drainage pipe that a previous company had attempted to clear and spent 3 hours without any success in unclogging the stubborn blockage. When Andrew the owner at Lux arrived he was very friendly and warm hearted with our son who has special needs as our son was keeping him company the entire time Andrew got the blockage cleared in half the time the previous company had charged us for at the same time while he worked was very engaging with us and our son. We should of called Lux the first time around but now we know who to call for any of our plumbing needs. One of a kind service thank you sir!
