Endri and his team are very knowledgeable and hardworking contractors. They are great roofing contractors to work with as well! We had a small leak on the roof that EMR Renovation Services was able to repair within the day and we have had no issues. I recommend EMR Contractors to anyone that needs any roofing work done.

We had problems with a section of our siding which was damaged overtime. We decided to contact Endri as recommended by our neighbour who did some work with him. They are real professional in every way and did a wonderful job on the repairs. As a homeowner, I am really pleased with their work and I recommend to everyone.

EMR Renovation Services responded to my request for a quote and ultimately won the job among three others for their professionalism, prompt responses, competitive thoroughly thought-out and itemized quote, work quality and ability to start the job within a reasonable timeframe. They understood what needed to be done and suggested a couple of possible improvements, and didn’t charge for one aspect of the initially quoted work that ended up not being necessary (the removal of some wood that might have been rotten but in the end, wasn’t). They started and finished in a short period of time over a day and a half. I found Endri to be respectful in answering all my questions about the process and each step, and his staff was equally polite and hardworking. We have already had them quote on other work (eavestrough replacement) that needs doing on our house and we will gladly hire them for in future.

I had water coming into the house from what I thought was the roof. After having my roofer come by several times he determined that the problem was the Siding and not the roof. I tried to hire someone to check/fix the siding but due to Covid-19 I did not have much luck. Contractors simply did not want the job, that is until I discovered EMR Renovation Services. Endri dropped by to check out the problem and confirmed my roofer's diagnosis. The people that installed my siding originally had done a horrible job of it and Endri was able to point out all the things they had done wrong. I hired Endri a few weeks later and he came by at the scheduled time and proceeded to fix my siding problem. I found him to be very meticulous in his work. He even showed me what he was doing at various stages of the work so that I would understand what he did and why it was important. I found Endri very friendly and easy to talk to. He is also very conscientious about his work. He even called me a couple of days later after a rain storm to check to see if water was still coming into the house. Happily, I told him that there was no trace of water coming in. I would have no hesitation in recommending Endri to others.

On top of good workmanship and attention to detail, Endri has a really good taste. He was the one recommending us the Iron Ore colour, which went very well with the rest of our porch. Endri also advised against installing the soffits at a tilt like the nextdoor porch, and I'm happy with that decision. I really admire it when a contractor doesn't just blindly follow the client's instructions, but chips in with their own experience and vision when solicited. The team was on schedule and the price was reasonable for the work they did. The end result looks super sharp during the day and colourful reflections of light dance on it at night. Endri also went over and beyond in running wiring and installing a junction box for a light I'll be installing on the ceiling. I will most probably work with EMR Renovation Services again, revamping the rest of our soffits and siding later.

Endri and his team replaced our roof and replaced the siding on the front of our house. He was communicative, considerate, and very knowledgeable. We are very happy with his work, and would recommend him and his team very highly.

Endri, was very professional and timely. He took time to explain the product and the work he would perform. He did his work in a safe manner and the end result was exactly what I expected. I would recommend Endri for any job small or big.

Endri called the same day (same hour?) I asked for three companies to quote me. It was between the Endri (EMR Renos--the first one to call me and come by) and the next door neighbour's guy, who gave me a similar quote. I was expecting Endri's detailed description of what needed to be done, and his quote that followed, to be way higher than the guy next door-guy next door was not on Homestars, Google, nothin'. Endri's was shockingly about the same low price but with the great reviews from Homestars, so it was a no-brainer who to go with. He was honest about the porch part of the roof not needing new shingles, but I went with those being done too, so he gave me a good price for the small additional job. He worked through some rain and the sun setting because him and his workers were clearly tough and been through worse! ;) I would go with EMR again, though with his warranty and Landmark shingles, I likely won't need to for 20-25 years! :) I was very happy with the work. Happy with the pics that showed me his work.

Endri and his team got to work quickly to replace my old eaves trough as well as some old siding and soffit above my garage door. They were quick and courteous and got the job done within the day. Their prices are fair, and I will use their services again for other projects if required.
