My partner and I purchased our first house and it was quite a fixer upper. We knew that roof needed some attention, including because there had been an attic fire about 40 years ago. Although we reached to a number of companies for an estimate, Endri was the only one who not only went right up on the roof, but took photos and videos to show us what was going on and his recommendations for building a quote. Endri's quote was one of the most detailed that we received. Once Endri and crew started, we got frequent updates, including photos and video calls. Endri found that the fire damage had been more extensive that he first thought and so all of the sub-roofing needed to be replaced and the joists reinforced. This turned out to be a much bigger job and Endri of we expected, but Endri was able to get his whole crew out to finish this job on time (although it did increase the budget). Endri and crew were always friendly, and helpful, keeping things tidy and even assisting the neighbours. You know it's good when the neighbours are commenting on how nice the crew was. Thanks Endri for your sound advice, and for walking us through every step of this big repair for our new home.

Endri and his team were hardworking and extremely good at their job. They put a new flat roof in a hard to reach area, added new facia, gutters, the works. And when they found new problems (rotten wood, etc), let me know right away, and left it to me to make the decision to go ahead. And was it was all done, they left the entire area spotless. No more sleepless nights from me, worrying when it rains that my roofs will leak! Will be my go-to crew for big jobs like this.

I couldnt be more satisfied with the exceptional service and craftsmanship from EMR Renovation Services. I needed new gutters and downspouts as mine had deteriorated and were leaking. Endri came out the very same day I requested a quote, carefully inspected the situation, and walked me through all of my options. Later that same evening, I received the official quote and decided to go ahead with aluminum gutters and downspouts. The installation was scheduled within a couple of weeks, and Endri's team completed the job in just five hours. The professionalism of the crew was outstandingthey not only did a flawless installation but left my home spotless afterward. My house looked like new again! There was a minor leak after the installation, but when I contacted Endri, he had his team back out the very next day to fix it. EMR Renovations did a great job on replacing our existing roof tiles. They were able to work quickly and complete the job really well. They found damage to plywood underneath the existing tiles and quickly communicated their findings with a recommendation to fix. I'd totally recommend EMR Renovations if you are considering getting your roof replaced.

Excellent service. Estimate and work were efficient and thorough. They diagnosed and resolved an issue we have had since we moved in 25 years ago. Original addition and subsequent roofing were done poorly. We are very pleased with EMR correcting the problem. Highly recommended.

From the beginning to end Endri explained step by step what he and his team were doing, answered all questions and addressed any concerns in a prompt and efficient manner. Endri's team were professional and respectful of my neighbors property as well. Once the work was completed we had a walk around and I was explained how he and his team managed and addressed any challenges they faced during the process and provided valuable advice for future concerns to be addressed. They went over and beyond what I expected and made this project run smoothly and stress-free for me. I am grateful to Endri and his EMR team for giving my home a new and spectacular look! When the roof at our house suffered major damage just days before a torrential thunderstorm was forecast, EMR Renovations was one of the first to respond to our emergency situation . Endri visited the site the same day, surveyed the damage and presented a competitive quote with the promise of work to begin the next day. He was very thorough and professional in explaining the repairs necessary and greatly allayed our anxiety. Endri followed through on every promise, bringing a crew of 7 to the house the next morning to repair the structural damage and re-roof the house before the storm. Included was new eavestroughing as well as insulation and vinyl siding on one exterior wall. The workmanship was absolutely 1st rate and Endri stayed on site most of the time to deal with any of our questions or concerns. We feel very fortunate to have found EMR Renovations at this critical time and would give them the highest of recommendations.

Endri was very professional. Leak was not on roof but in siding surrounding window. Did not try to oversell me on a complete roof repair. Leak fixed and all is dry inside. Thank you!
