We are very happy with the work EMR Renovation Services has done in putting a new roof on the front of our house in Toronto in April 2024. The old roof was leaking water into the brickwork and the front steps. Endri inspected the roof and explained what was causing the leaks. He outlined a solution with the best, most waterproof materials and gave us a quote. We agreed and he and his crew completed the job quickly and to schedule, cleaning everything up afterwards. We would recommend EMR for diagnosis of roof problems, explaining solutions and getting the work done to schedule. Endri is a friendly person, and his workers were all very pleasant.

Our house is old and has many issues related to its age. They helped us identify the severity of the problems we had, and gave us very reasonable and well informed options to work through it. Pricing was consistently reasonable. Their communication was very clear, the working crew was polite, and the whole process professional. Endri took on the task of changing our Mansard roof to a traditional roof with new soffit and facia along with new siding.

The price above is for the Roof completely stripped - the wood base was replaced on the roof before the shingles were installed. Also, both dormers that were previously shingled - were completely changed with siding installed. The owner and all trades were reliable, responsible and took great care at all times.
