Iconic recently replaced my old driveway. I found Roy to be great to work with - very responsive and professional . The job was completed on time and the result is excellent. It was 3 weeks between tearing out the old driveway and laying the new asphalt. I highly recommend working with Roy at Iconic Paving.

Dealt with Ron, company used for Asphalt driveway paving based on pricing and reviews on Homestars. Issue was following year and years after, weeds/plants growing out of the completed driveway, pushing through many areas of the asphalt causing driveway to look disgusting. Reached out to Ron several times by phone, text, email. Calls made to head office business number. Pictures, videos sent directly to Ron of the disgusting look of the driveway multiple time at each visit to property. Promises by him to look...never done! Reported company to BBB, company never responded to calls from BBB, case closed. Another year of the driveway looking horrible. Review on Homestars long overdue. Company may be quick to earn your business to do your driveway at a competitive price, but does not stand by their work for any issues after. I will now need to have my driveway done again, for something that should last for at least for 15years. Work was done in Aug2020. No action taken by company from 2021-present

It was only 2-3 weeks between tearing out the old driveway and laying the new asphalt. Everything was done as promised and I would not hesitate to recommend Iconic Paving.

Iconic Paving was hired through another company to complete our asphalt driveway at our newly built home. They arrived with their crew in September and before the work began, the Foreman (Vince) and I agreed on the driveway layout (straight edges on both sides all the way down). I thought this was clear and there would be no confusion about what "straight" meant. Well, to my surprise, I came out to see the finished product and was absolutely appalled to see one side of the driveway completely crooked! Not just a little bit crooked but completely crooked. I asked Vince what happened because I thought we were clear on what needed to be done. He said going straight would have involved him digging up grass and he had nowhere to put it. I asked why didn't he knock on the door to ask me if he could put the grass on the front lawn which was just dirt since we were waiting on landscaping and sod. I also said to him if you are going to completely deviate from what the homeowner agreed to then you need to speak to the homeowner before you deviate. Vince completely dismissed me and asked for payment. He also suggested I spend more money on an interlock border. I asked him if the asphalt truck could come back and fix the sloppy work that was done and the answer was not today. Vince promised me faithfully he would return to fix the driveway. He claimed to be a man of his word. Two months later and he can't even respond to a simple text. I reached out to the owner Roy and received the same response. He promised to fix the driveway several times. As of late, he has completely stopped responding to my emails, text messages and voicemails. He has yet to show up to fix the driveway. Do yourself a favour and stay away from this paving company. They are completely unprofessional and clearly do sloppy work. They lack integrity and do not stand by their word at all. There is zero customer service. With so many paving/asphalt companies to choose from, I don't know why anyone would choose Iconic Paving. It's truly disgusting the way they handled the situation.

After being dragged along for over three months and eventually being disgarded by another un-professional driveway company, Roy came to our rescue! He cleaned up the mess that was left from the last contractor, understood what we had envisioned for our future driveway, which was a combination of ashphalt with cement curbs and a cement pad. We did have a slight issue with the cement work intitially, however Roy agreed to fix it to make sure we were 100% statisfied. Then the ashphalt work was done within one day to our complete satisfaction! We would recommened Roy and his team to anyone looking for professional services.

I got my pavement done from Roy. The services are very promt and professional.Roy would go a mile extra to ensure complete satisfaction of the customer.

We are very satisfied with the work that was done by Iconic Paving Inc. The finished product has attracted a lot of attention from the Neighbours and people walking by. We have received a lot of complement how good it looks. I would highly recommend Iconic Paving to anyone who wants quality work and a job well done. They would not be disappointed with the finish product.

Really happy with the driveway. Roy and Vince were great to work with. They were able to accommodate us by scheduling the removal and paving around several other projects we are completing. Attention to detail throughout the paving process was taken and they ensured that we were happy with the end result. Very professional company, offered a competitive price and great customer service. Iconic Paving has made a hugely positive impact on my property and families life. The owners Roy and Vince were there for me, when I needed a team of professionals who have proven themselves beyond expectations. Roy and Vince give you the best class of workmanship, highest quality communication, and a real big heart that is a homeowners dream! I was in a real tough situation, when I thankfully made the best decision Ive ever made on a company and called Roy at Iconic Paving and asked him to come and check out my driveway. Roy was there as fast as possible and started to see that I was in a real bind, but not to worry he gave me options and reassured me, it was going to look great when they were finished. I needed a pro to give me the straight facts and a honest quote, Roy was that pro. The day of excavation came, and Iconic Paving arrived with loads of equipment, tools, trucks, and a crew that operated like a Formula 1 pit crew! This is when I met Vince, who like Roy has the biggest of hearts and saw my dilemma. I watched Vince communicate the plan and run the crew like a maestro of a symphony, This is when I said to myself these guys are good, real good! Vince was generous with his time, explaining to me how to fix my drainage issue so that my garage wouldnt flood anymore. Vince shared some kind words with me, we talked about family, and he reassured me how much better it will be when they are done paving. The next time I saw Roy and Vince and the crew was paving day, a very big day because it meant I would now have the best driveway in the neighborhood for a long time. Like before, lots of equipment, tools, trucks, and manpower operating at the highest level class of workmanship, professionalism and heart. They care about people, and it shows from top to bottom. I will never forget the day I got help from the two finest guys Roy and Vince, owners of Iconic Paving any homeowner could ever hope to meet. Hire Iconic Paving and you will be a very satisfied customer just like me.

Absolutely phenomenal job from Roy, Vince and the Iconic Paving team. They were professional and went above and beyond with the paving of our Burlington home's driveway. Took great care in the flagstone border and the finished product exceeded our expectations! Would highly recommend.
