Roy and his team did a fantastic job creating a concrete front patio, walk way on both sides of my home and concrete sides on my driveway. He added the touch of asphalt driveway in the middle to raise and level it. He is precise, knowledgeable and punctual. His crew was punctual, hardworking, take great pride in their work and cleaned up after the job is done His crew did a fantastic job overall and I would highly recommend them for any Asphalt or Concrete job!

Iconic Paving was at our neighbours house last year. After talking with our neighbour, we then invited Roy to our house to provide us a quote and a few options for both our driveway and walkway replacement. After the discussion, we asked them to complete the work. Roy was in constant communication through out the entire process both before and after each step. The final look is exactly what we envisioned. Would definitely recommend and do appreciate the work they have done.

I was pleased with the quality, timeliness, service and price of the new asphalt driveway that Iconic Paving put in.

Part 1. Contracted with Roy in May 2020, said will start June 17 2020. When we made the contract they had a flyer discount of $200., Roy did not want to honor the coupon at all, but we settled on $100. off. When June came and went, called him on that date , Roy said they will be here in 2 weeks. That came and went, again called and he said will be there in 2 weeks. Again and again and again this happened, always and excuse. The job was finally completed at the end of Sept. 2020, 4 months after it was to start. Maybe $9000 job was to small for this company to take seriously but it is alot for us to shell out. Part 2. In March 2022 found a crack in cement patio contacted Roy to see if anything can be done for it, emailed Roy about it with pics did not call me back. Sent another email in first week in April and he sent back will see about it soon. Well here we go again, its middle of March and he does not call you back. This is no way to treat your customers and get respect.

Iconic Paving provided excellent service in paving our driveway. their entire team was prompt, hard working, efficient, professional and detail-oriented! Be sure to ask for Joe when you call. He provided A+ service.

I question the authenticity of these positive reviews when my experience with Iconic Paving was anything but professional. Iconic paving was hired to pave my driveway in October 9th, 2020. By the next spring, several patches of pavement were crumbling. If you rub your foot on the asphalt, it would break apart. I started to call Iconic Paving sometime at the end of May 2021. I left several messages but no one called me back. Over 3 weeks later, I finally did talk with someone named Joe. He came to my property and acknowledged there was a problem with the paving. He said he didnt have the authority to do anything but would pass along the information to his boss Roy. (I think hes the owner) I spoke to Roy on June 22, 2021 and he asked me to send him pictures via email which I did. He said they normally do repairs in the fall or earlier if he was doing another job in the area. I wanted him to come by before that just to explain why the driveway was like it was, and what would be done to correct the issue. He said he would. He never did. Between June and October 9th, I called and emailed Roy at least 8 times. He once set up an appointment but cancelled last minute. All the other times I was just ignored. On October 9, 2021, I yet again sent Roy another email stating that today my 1 year warranty expired. He finally did respond in a short email saying Dont worry about your warranty. Its been extended. I promise to call you next week to set a time to meet. Of course I never did hear back from him. It is now March 2022 and unfortunately now, I have water seeping into the basement. The snow is melting and we noticed that Iconic Paving paved the driveway on a slope towards the house. The melting snow now seeps into the basement. The wall in the basement is damaged. The quality, workmanship and customer service of Iconic Paving is horrific! Not only is the asphalt breaking apart but now I have the added headache of dealing with a wet basement because of their incompetence! UPDATE: Roys response is untrue. Conversation of sloping and grading never happen. Complete fabrication. I did contact Roy after his response and Im still waiting 7 months later for him to fix the problem. Absolutely nothing has been done!!! Bottom line is that Iconic Paving workmanship is substandard, the warranty is useless and Roy is a dishonest business man. All talk and no action!!!

I had my driveway done and I am super happy with the quality and finishing of my driveway. Everyone who comes to the house tell me how nice it is. Iconic paving also did my curbs and entrance walkway and it looks just amazing. His owner Ray and the supervisor Domenic are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Iconic Paving.

I was dealing with Domenico, very nice guy who knows his business. Called him for a quote in September they came beginning October to remove old asphalt. Today they came to install new one and we are very happy with the work they did. All of his workers were hardworking and have knowledge at what they are doing. Honestly we are impressed with everything from the first meeting with Domenico till they finished the job cleaned everything and left. I would recommend them to everyone looking to get driveway done.
