I have to give this experience a 10/10!!! From the beginning of the transaction with Waseem who was incredibly responsive and was very easy to communicate with. We were able to get our new unit installed very quickly and in timely manner ( within 48 hours!!). To then the installers who were themselves incredible!! I have to thank Guna and Ahmed very much for a job very well done and installing the unit for us. We never had AC before and they were able to complete everything in a timely and incredibly professional manner. I would absolutely highly recommend this company!! Thank You very much and I look forward to enjoying my home in the summer heat!

Excellent experience from start to finish. The sales person and the installer were professional and very knowledgeable. They made sure I got exactly what I needed. The price was excellent and the quality of work was excellent!

I called 3 companies including Enercare for quotes and Pioneer was the best for price. Waseem was very knowledgable and accommodating without being pushy. The installation went smoothly even though new venting pipes had to be installed. I did some research on the Napoleon 2 stage furnace they carried. They claim it is "whisper quiet" and it really is. The basement tenant that lives next to the furnace room is very appreciative. Overall a very good experience in spite of the Covid lockdown.

I live out of town and rent out my condo in Toronto. My tenant noticed the heat wasn’t working. These guys were quick to respond and make the repair. My tenant said they were great. This was a huge relief since I wasn’t there in person to monitor.

I replaced my existing AC with a Canadian made Napoleon. I went through several companies for an estimate. I found the guys at Pioneer to be amazing from the quoting process to following up after installation. These guys truely care about the customer and they are very patient. The pricing was aggressive and their quality of work was top notch. I will definately recomend them again and again.

They were very efficient, clean, and made sure that our AC unit was replaced within the week. Very easy to talk to and they helped in explaining everything to me. Would recommend!

Great service, were able to install the AC within the promised time of 1 day. Pricing is fair, and does not try to nicke and dime you as I experienced with others. Gives you the right advice and very professional.
