Dryer Repair
Dryer was causing a smoking smell. technician partially took apart the dryer he guessed it might be a broken fan. Quoted me 245 to do the repair and I agreed. finished disassembling the dryer and then put the dryer back together and it seems to work. told me a prior technician had improperly put the dryer back together so he reinstalled the clips on the door the way it should have been done. 245.00 to disassemble a dryer and put it back together properly seems like a lot of money for a "repair" with no parts in under an hour. Also charged me a couple dollars to use a credit card to pay. I would not recommend this company as they leave you with very little choice once the appliance is taken apart.

Stove service
Gregory came on time and was extremely professional. He had to order a part which was available later in the day. Gregory asked if I would like him to come back in the evening to finish the job, which he did. I had a great experience.

Fridge Repair
Emil is the technician we always call to service our appliances from Pegasus. He is very knowledgeable and has a great attitude! The price-point is reasonable and my appliance issues are always resolved. They are my go to for appliance repair.

Dishwasher install
Installation was easy. The rep from Pegasus cleaned up after himself, tested the unit thoroughly to ensure there were no issues and was pleasant.

Fridge issues with compressor
Pegasus was great at providing me the true story about my fridge in a rental property I have. His honesty was refreshing and understanding the cost and supply of the new compressor vs purchasing a totally new appliance allowed me to properly weigh the options. Inhabe used Pegasus many times and they are a great service

Dishwasher
My GE dishwasher still not cleaning the dishes or drying them and was told by Igor the tech there is nothing wrong, just change your dishwasher tablet . After running my dishwasher called Dimitri and I was told it's my imagination and need to call another company .

Dear Zhaleh, Technician was at your house for almost 2 hours. We checked your dishwasher for any possible issues and couldn'y find anything that is wrong with it. You have no issues with your dishwasher. We can't fix it if there's nothing to fix. We didn't charge you for any repairs, just for the visit ( diagnostic). If you still see issues we can not see you are welcome to call another company and get second opinion - this is exactly what we suggested yo to do. Hope you will find a right fit for your future repair needs.

Dryer Vent
These are tricksters, please beware. I told them that I had an issue with the vent for my dryer. The gave the impression that they would diagnose the matter and resolve it. Upon arrival they now say they do not work on vents. When your LG dryer is displaying the D80 error code, this means that you have a ventilation blockage of 80%. Explained that the interior lint was cleared and the vent needed fixing.

Dear Dami, We record our calls and investigated this issue. You called us (an appliance repair service) and complained that your dryer shows an error code D80 (airflow issues) and you want us to come by and check it out. We explained our terms to which you agreed upfront. Technician examined the dryer and determined that the problem is not with your dryer but with the air duct and suggested to call an air duct cleaning service. D80 error code means air flow issue that in most of cases is an inner issue with a dryer itself (air fan problem, excessive lint build up inside the unit, etc..). With your appliance it wasn't the case. We diagnosed it and we advised you on next steps you can take to resolve the problem. We understand that you are frustrated because you still needed to pay us for a tech visit even though we can't really help, because, unfortunately, we repair appliances, we don't clean ducts (it's a separate field and service). I apologize, but your claims that you told us upfront that you you know 100% that it is a air duct issue and need us to clean your duct are simply not true. You could not know that for sure before we came and did the diagnostic. If you would know it, you'd probably call an air duct company and not us in the first place. Regardless, we appreciate your feedback and will definitely do our best to improve. Hope that was a satisfactory explanation and you will find a right fit for your future repair needs.

Kitchenaid Stove repair
Of course when you need something to work, it breaks. We searched for BBB rated appliance repairs in Milton and were wary of poor service we had received before from other companies. Through HomeStars we found and researched Pegasus Appliance. They were on-time, efficiently diagnosed the lower bake oven element and ordered a part. They were flexible with the install (two working parents schedule) and repaired the oven as on the $ estimate. We have their info now and if any other appliance acts up we know who to call!
