My refrigerator/freezer was icing. I called and was provided with service within two hours. The technician was very knowledgeable, explained the issues and carried out a very timely repair. He advised that there could be further issues and the steps which I needed to take should those issues arise. I would highly recommend Pegasus for timeliness, reliability and price.

Dan came on time and quickly assessed a burnt control panel, gave me a cost to replace it and upon agreeing to it he went and picked it up and replaced in no time. All very efficient and professional.

My dryer was not working properly. After talking to Dan from Pegasus Appliance I made a service appointment. Next day Dmitri showed up and took a look at the dryer. He explained to me clearly what was the issue. Then he fixed the dryer as planned. He took care of housekeeping the laundry area so no mess was left behind. Thanks Pegasus for a great job !!!

Very professional. The technician was neat and clean, polite and professional. Made sure to clear the area before starting the repair. The issue was a burned connection on one of the boards. Gave me a price for a new board and a price for its repair, I cheaped out and he soldered the old board. Couldn’t be happier. Thanks!!!
