We had a leaking Washing machine and got help from Emil at Pegasus. The communication we had before and during the repair was perfect, Emil was polite, punctual and friendly. Most importantly my washing machine doesn't leak anymore! Thank you and highly recommend.

Suddenly the dryer would not power on. Put a request for quotes on HomeStars and Pegasus responded within a few minutes to offer their service. We scheduled a service call for the next day. They clearly explained on the phone their charges, I agreed and they came and provided the repair service effectively and efficiently. It involved the replacement of a part which they obtained within 24 hours and returned to complete the repair.

Pegasus did a great job repairing my dryer. They responded quickly to my inquiries and took the time to answer all of my questions. It took a couple of minutes to diagnose the problem, which shows how knowledgeable their repair person is. My dryer was fixed quickly and has been working great ever since. There was a bit of a mess left behind, which I didn't expect, but that's a minor critique in a great overall experience. I would definitely recommend Pegasus for your appliance repair needs.

Arrived in time window provided, Dimitri was quick to diagnose the issue and got right to it once he offered me the quote for service and parts. He was in and out within 30 mins. So appreciate the prompt, friendly and overall great service! Will call them for any future repairs.

Fridge suddenly stopped working. Requested service from property stars on Monday and had a service tech out on Tuesday. Needed to order a part from BC. Took 6 days to come in but it was installed promptly.
