This organization is not to be trusted. Overpaid for repairs, washing machine failed within 90 days and they would not return calls or respond. In addition, LG offers a one-time out of warranty repair option for $199 that they claimed they were not aware of. Would never recommend Pegasus to anyone! Unfortunate, in this day and age and competitive marketplace.
Dimitri was fantastic. Arrived well within the time given, and identified the problem very quickly. He explained everything he was doing and what he found out, so I feel more knowledgeable about my fridge... and why I'm better off buying a new one than getting this repair. Then, since we had paid for the call, he offered to check out our other appliances if we wanted. Definitely recommend!

we used Pegasus a couple of time and it’s always a great experience. Honest and discreet when working at home. He would tell us when there is a part needed and how much it could cost before getting it.

Pegasus responded to the service request very quickly - within an hour of my initial request for service on HomeStars. the Technician Dmitry was very quick to come in. Dmitry has sent a number of text messages before coming in advising of his departure and progress to ensure that we were at home and ready for him. The part that needed a replacement was not available but Dmitry was able to purchase it the next day (Saturday!) and quickly install it the same day. Our fridge is 10+ years old but we are in no rush to replace it with a more contemporary 'disposable' model. Thanks to Dmitry and Pegasus ou fridge is running properly again
I had this company service my washer and they did a good job but when they came for my first service call they said if I had them do the repairs that they would not charge me for my initial service call of $79. They did the repair and weeks later when my Visa bill came in we noticed that they DID charge for the initial service. Sounds complicated but clever of them how they snuck it in the bill in a way you would hardly notice. Read your final bill entirely even if it is on a mobile phone not paper and check your TOTAL amount not your BALANCE amount.
Hi Joanne, Thank you for at least appreciating the good service you got. We always do our best to keep our customers happy. As for the payment, what you wrote is just not right. We never charge more than we suppose to charge, it's just not how we work. On the first visit we did the diagnostic and you were given an estimate for parts and labor and we charged you only for the service call because you weren't ready to decide. After you called us and decided to proceed with repair we waived the service call and initial service call charge went towards the parts and labor estimate you were given on the first visit. After the job was done, you only paid the REMAINING BALANCE. WE NEVER CHARGED YOU FOR INITIAL SERVICE CALL We tried to explain that to you a few times and wrote very detailed explanation emails. We can't explain it better and we apologize for that. Hope to see you as our customer in the future Thank you

Rude Technician Showed up the last minutes of the 4 hour window. He had a condescending attitude towards anyone who attempts the DIY from YouTube videos. When I asked questions he became rude and said do you want to fix it yourself? He was very unprofessional!! I would never use this company again

However, a "condescending attitude towards anyone who attempts the DIY from YouTube videos" it's not what we have, there is nothing wrong with that. We do service calls to diagnose the appliance and give you an estimate for repair. We apologize but doing service calls for explaining how you can repair it yourself is just not a part of our business model. For this you have DIY forums and Youtube videos.
