    Full Home Renovation, Investment Property

    We used HMH for a full home renovation at an investment property me and my wife purchased. The property was in London and we live in Toronto, so we were worried that we wouldn't be able to find a reliable contractor and be able to manage the project being so far! Omar, Saddam and the rest of their team did an excellent job preparing a detailed quote for us attached with a production schedule of exactly how long the project would take and we're even kind enough to break the project into phases for us to be able to understand the process. Overall we are very happy with the end result. The quality of the workmanship is excellent and even tho there were a few unexpected issues, they dealt with everything very professionally. We would definitely recommend HMH to any investors looking to get work done, especially if the property is a bit far and harder to manage. With Omar and his team you can rest easy, which is the best part!

    Basement Remodeling

    I hired HMH to finish our basement. They did a really good job. Omar and his team were very thoughtful about our vision and had the experience to get it done. We had a few items that were not easy Installs but they got it done with ease. Thank you to HMH for a great job. O yes they finished our basement in 1.5 months. Very quick compared to our previous experience.

    Investment Property Renovation

    I used HMH Construction to do a major renovation on my investment property. They were very responsive and we were able to start work fairly quickly. The entire project was done in 1 month, and the workmanship was excellent. I would highly recommend HMH to investors as a building partner.

    Bathrooms renos

    We had an excellent experience with the HMH Construction. Great quality, superb customer service! They even went out of their way to accommodate my elderly parents and my sister with special needs.     Basement Remodeling

    I recently used HMH to finish my basement. They helped me through the design and permit process to start. Once the basement was ready to start, they took 1.5 months to finish the entire basement and close the permits. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth process and really good workmanship.

    Garden Suite

    Omar and his team at HMH constructed one of the first Garden Suites for us that was allowed after the new regulations had passed to allow us to make it in our backyard. They handheld us through the entire process. They even handled the design and permitting process for us. They really made everything smooth for us as me and my Husband are both very busy to be involved in the day to day stuff. I would recommend HMH to anyone looking to add a Garden Suite to their property!

    Home Addition

    I had a great experience using H.M.H. for my addition on my home. They designed the project, dealt with the city for the permitting process, and constructed the addition beautifully. I would recommend them to anyone looking into bigger size constructions projects for their home.
