We are extremely satisfied with the work perfomed by Green Property Restorations. Staff was quick to answer emails and the tech showed up on time. They did drywall repairs on our ceiling due to water damage... my ceilings look great again!! I highly recommend

My wife and I were very pleased to have Gus and his wife here to turn a roughed-in room into a very attractive bedroom with additional framing and insulation, expertly installed and painted drywall and a new suspended ceiling and vinyl plank floor. We enjoyed the friendship that developed with them and appreciated the way in which our questions and requests were met with clear and friendly advice. Gus and Leyani did a great job taking out the moldy flooring in our basement. They sealed the affected area up and had hepa scrubbers venting outside. We didn't smell a thing in the rest of the house while the job was underway, which is amazing considering the amount of mold that was discovered. Everything was done very professionally and promptly. I would definitely recommend this team!

The Green Property Restoration team took excellent care of us to deal with our stressful situation. We had water damage in the ceiling and walls in the kitchen and did not understand where it came from. They came twice, ensured that all was dried up and found the source of the leak. All done very professionally.

I hired Green Property because there had been some mold growing in my basement. The head tech had immediately started the removal as soon as possible and theteam was very profesional.

We hired Green Property Restorations to mitigate a spare room in our home. They removed the affected carpet, drywall and insulation. They also found the cause of the leak which came through the sides of the window. They resealed around the window, installed new insulation and drywall. They also found that we had a problem of termites, they were able to leave everything ready for new carpet. We are thankful for the help
