Gustavo and his partner were incredibly friendly, efficient, and professional. They removed the stipple off of our living room ceiling and were able to keep the mess contained by applying plastic to all walls and floors and constantly cleaning after themselves. we could not be happier with the job done!!

Green Property Restorations provided excellent repair and paint service for our washroom water damage. Gustavo provides quick and detailed estimation. He visited our house and carefully covered the floor area and zipped the washroom door to prevent dust around. He explained to us the works and progress very clear. The result is very good. We are very satisfied with the service and recommend them for sure.

I contacted Green Property Restorations to do a deep clean in my basement. It needed cleaning, de-moulding and sanitizing as it has essentially been a storage area for 10 years and there was so much stuff it was impossible to clean properly. After my wife passed away last Oct, I purged and decluttered to the point where a deep clean was possible. I was very, very satisfied with the job done by Gustavo and Leyani; they were prompt, efficient, professional and completed the job within the expected time frame. I will use this service again.

Very efficient. Less than an hour to respond to email, cleaning was done the next day, used green products, good quality for price.

We had a small leak on the second floor which ended up causing some damage to our ceiling on the main floor. Gustavo came the very next day, assessed the damage and gave me a written quote stating exactly what would be done. They were punctual, respectful of the house, made sure to cover all the furniture around the work area and worked very efficiently. They even noticed and fixed another patch on the ceiling which was just slightly imperfect. They did a great job with the ceiling drywall repair and the ceiling now looks even better than before. It's as if nothing ever happened!

I needed the ceilings in my ensuite bathroom and main bathroom repaired and repainted. There were numerous nail pops, blistering paint and the tape was showing through on one ceiling. Gustavo and his assistant came for three half days on the originally scheduled days (no delays), arriving exactly on time each morning and completing the job as promised. The work was extremely well done. They took care not to make a mess and cleaned up completely at the end. They followed COVID protocols religiously.
