Terry, the estimator came out to the house and was very transparent about pricing, material and service. The team worked efficiently and did a great job while keeping the jobsite clean. Very happy with their service and would recommend to everyone. PS they also uncovered the cause to a leak I was having and quickly purchased material to repair. Very pleased about that.

Both of my gutter sprout fell down during winter, I googled and find contacted 3 companies. Simon showed up the second day and give me fair quote. While I will trying to wait for the other two quote, neither of two other guys called me in the same week. So I decided to go ahead with Simon, he came the second day with Another Nice same name Simon. They did a good job. I will give my 5 star here.

We had an excellent experience with BK Roofing removed old gutter, and installation new ones, and after my wife brought up the concern about the leafs, Simon offered me discounted gutter guards and install it same day. Simon and Simon team were reliable and professional, working in a tight timeframe and finish nice and neat without any garbage left. The new eavestroughs look great; our thanks to the BK Roofing I will definitely refer to my family :)

Terry was very friendly and efficient. Has great communication and has a great crew that works hard and gets the job done quickly and efficiently. Terry was very good with my grandfather explaining to him everything that was happening and making sure he was happy.

Simon and Simon are great ! Their quote was explained in detail, as well as offered different service and different material and prices. They did the job in one day and did a very detailed clean - up. Recommended !

We noticed a small stain on my daughter's bedroom ceiling that was wet to the touch. I got in touch with HomeStars & several companies contacted me. BK Roofing was able to see from a camera service that there was a roof vent over the spot I described to them. They were able to come the same afternoon & replace the broken vent and re-attach the squirrel prevention cage over it. It snowed the next day so I was doubly happy they were able to do the job so quickly. They also gave me a 2 year warranty on the job.

My uncle had a emergency as his roof was leaking, Simon and Simon came right away do a patching the next day and then completed the job next day after. When we asked for a quote, their offer us drip edge, underlayment, metal vent and ventilation tower option , also they explained to us the different shingle brands. Very patient and job was done great, clean and the workers are very careful and polite.

I called Mr Simon for a estimate and show up on quickly with full presentation about what happen to my roof. ( I had no idea how roof is being done). I compared other quotes and all I get is one price and tell me they will do a good job. Instead, Mr Simon showed me 3 different choices and explain to me what’s the difference. I didn’t choose the top solution due to my family bugget, but I did my research, Owens Corning is a good brand too, and I sacrificed that for drip edge and underpayment all over and ice water shield starting 3 feet. At the end I buy their upgraded service for 301 ventilation tower to improve the air system. My Wife and me are very pleased with the work Simon has done for us. I definitely Recommend their company especially Simon’s team (they have different team)
