Intellectric Technologies listened to the request and researched best possible options. The light fixture solution provides fantastic illumination at minimal long term costs. The work was exceptionally done and was beyond expectations in the protection of the outside wiring that also provides a clean finish to the exterior of our home. It was a pleasure to work with Randy and we look forward to other projects in the future.

Randy is extremely professional and diligent. I was extremely pleased with Randy’s work that involved repairs to the landscape lighting and installation of a new awning. Randy was prompt and efficient. The pricing is also very reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend Randy!

We admire his seasoned years of experience in the electrical industry, and it certainly came through in the nature of work completed at our home. Mr. Youngberg is well versed with the code, and stacked with credentials. He is respectful and diligent of the code, and has a great understanding of ethics and standards. Due to the heavy rains over the years in Toronto, power outages have become common. We have been concerned for some time of losing power long enough that our sump pump back-up would stop and lead to a basement flood. Mr. Youngberg is a Generic dealer, and was able to project manage the entire install. Randy worked hard! His install was clean and impeccable, from management of the permit, pouring of the concrete pad, install of electrical panel, having a licensed technician take care of the AC unit and gas install, to final inspection and clean-up. It was all brilliant, and as a home-owner a delight to watch. The entire process was so easy and stress free. Watching Randy organize the generac power panel and how the wiring neat and well labelled reduced anxiety when he left.
