I was incredibly happy with the install and service I have received Keith took the time to explain everything I will defiantly recommend him.

I would definitely rate ECM 10/10 in my books. I had a complete heating boiler system installed + hot water system and removal of old (commercial). Job was done right and everything neatly finished off. On a personal note, Keith is professional, knowledgeable and does is due diligence of know the products hes working on. Very happy to have found Keith at ECM. We were able to book an appointment within a few days of contacting him. Keith serviced our heat pump thoroughly, figured out a few mysteries about our complicated system and patiently answered all our questions. We will be calling again.

When stumbled across this company after struggling to find someone who knew how to maintain our system and we were so pleased with the knowledge and expertise!! We finally had a whole new system installed and it has been running smooth since :) we have heard good things from friends we have also recommended them too since!

We purchased a new house 1.5 years ago where there were significant undisclosed issues with the boiler heating system. Keith was phenomenal. He replaced our unit with a new high-efficiency propane boiler combi unit and spent time teaching us about it, showing us how to properly maintain the water lines and even consulted as needed when my husband was repairing and replacing a section of the in-floor heating lines. When it came time to install air conditioning/heat pump units Keith was phenomenal. He gave quotes and various equipment options, reviewing the pros and cons of each. He has always made us feel like a priority even though he has a substantial client base. Knowledgeable, friendly and competent. Highly recommend.

I have used ECM for installation of a new furnace, repair of a hot water heater,($120) and repair and maintenance of an air conditioner ($100) . I have found them honest, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I would definitely recommend them.

Our gas hot water heating system required a new boiler and the gas hot water tank needed to be replaced. The pre-install quote and face to face discussion was very detailed, itemized, thorough and easy to understand. Delivery was on time, efficient and the area was left clean. We received full explanation and guidance on use and operation of the units. After sales service is prompt, patient and friendly (we had questions only.; the units are working well). With 35 years of maintenance in this house we can say this was our best experience. ECM Corp has set the standard for sales and service very high. (The cost shown above includes tax)
