Fridge was freezing everything in it. Aamir came by same day, fixed the issue without any parts and charged a very reasonable price that was given prior to repair. Will definitely recommend him to all my friends and family!

I was very happy with the service from this company and the technician who came to my home.Aamir was friendly, on time and knew what he was doing. He looked at the oven and explained how it could be repaired and how much it would cost. He told me that even though the range was old (28 years) it was in good condition and worth repairing. Terrific service. I called Aamir to describe the problem we were having with our stove. He assessed the problem on the phone so that he selected the appropriate replacement part he thought he was going to need - so that there wouldn't be a delay. He arrived and immediately started working. Fixed the problem within one hour. Total pleasure to work with in every respect AlphaOne Appliance Services!

AlphaOne came over to install a new dishwasher. He was very fast, very friendly and did everything very efficiently. He also gave us all necessary explanations and recommendations for the best performance of the appliance. We will definitely recommend him to anyone who would need his services. Excellent!

The reviews are all true. AlphaOne Appliance Services responded to my message same day (on a Sunday) and tried to diagnose over the phone. They called back the next day to let me know they would be contacting me. They arrived and efficiently diagnosed and fixed the broken temperature gauge which caused an ice buildup in the freezer behind the back panel (which is out of sight) and blocked airflow to the fridge. Temp went back down to a normal 37 degrees that night (from 68 degrees). These are my new go to appliance professionals . Thank you so much.
