We recently hired North American Concrete to redo our backyard and we could not be happier with the results! From the very beginning, Kyle and his team were very responsive and attentive to our needs and questions. He provided clear timelines and kept us updated on each step, never late and always obliging! The quality of work speaks for itself, we could not be happier with the look of our new patio!

I recently worked with Kyle and his team on a significant project, and Im extremely pleased with the quality of their work. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were top-notch, and the final result exceeded my expectations. What I believe sets Kyle apart from many others is his commitment to resolving any challenges that arise. In any large project, unexpected surprises can come up, and in our case, there were a few issues toward the end. What impressed me most was how Kyle handled the situation. Rather than letting things escalate, we were able to work things out amicably and come to a fair resolution. Its easy to praise a contractor when everything goes perfectly, but I think its just as important to highlight how they handle the bumps along the way. Kyle showed professionalism, integrity, and a willingness to find solutions that work for everyone involved. I highly recommend Kyle and his team for any project. Not only will you get great results, but youll also be working with someone who values fair and open communication, even when things arent easy.

I was very much impressed with their work ethics and quality of work. I was always kept informed of timelines for each step of the project and extremely organized and answered any of my questions immediately. I had called a few companies for estimates and found their price to be competitive. As the project was progressing I was very happy that I had chosen their company as their attention to detail was commendable including drainage and overall aesthetics. I highly recommend this company

The customer service provided by Kyle, Dan and Dylan was excellent! From my initial phone call to the end of the project, the team always delivered what they said they would do, when they promised. Kyle and his team were professional and courteous from the very first call. They went above and beyond to complete the work in both my front and back yard and did an excellent job of cleanup each day before they left. They returned to my home after the concrete was complete and did repairs on any grass patches they damaged while working. I cannot say enough good things about this company. I will use them again.

We put an extension on the house and I had a foundation poured underneath it for a large crawl space for extra storage. The original contractor did a very messy job of cutting the opening between the existing basement and the new crawl space. We decided it needed to be corrected but boy did I dread having it done! Kyle and his crew, Dylan and Dan were right on it: they addressed all my concerns and went extra ( a lot extra) to make it look so much better. With all that, they kept to the original quoted price! Cutting concrete has to be one of the hardest jobs ever but these guys were pros and took it all in stride. They did a stellar job of cleaning up after too , something that seems rare these days. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who wants concrete work done , be it structural or decorative. They are truly top notch . The bottom picture is the before. We moved the HVAC pipes to better places before the cutting.

Kyle from North American Concrete did our decorative stamped concrete work in Aug 2018 and has came back annually to seal the work. He was always extremely fair with us. We received quotes from other companies to compare the cost of sealant and it was about half the price for a comparable products the few times we checked. 6 years later, the work looks as good as the day it was done. Thank you North American Concrete for your amazing workmanship and integrity!

We worked with Adam initially (Sales) who was patient with us. We then worked with Daniel who was wonderful. He and the crew who did the work were amazing. When they were adding the broom finish, there were a few small holes made in the concrete, so they needed to fix the colour - after several attempts, it couldn't be matched. We were then assigned to one of the owners, Spencer to help us. I contacted Spencer in Oct 2021, after the job was finished to mention the colour issue. I said I understood that it was end of season, so if we had to wait until Spring, we would. He didnt respond. I reached out early November, he didn't respond. In May 2022, I reached out, mentioning the colour issue and advising that we now had cracks that needing to be fixed. He responed 2 days later saying cracks had to be large to be covered by warranty and that they'd have a look - that they should be there the following week, and he'd give me 24-48 hours notice. I thanked him. They never came. I wrote him July 15, July 30, called a few times, my husband wrote him and I called again last week. He has not responded to any texts or phone calls. So what does this tell me? That they are great when planning the work - great when doing the work but the LIFETIME warranty means nothing. If you have issues after, forget about it, you'll never hear from/see them. I did not want to write this review but I have no choice. In my vmail last week to Spencer, I said I don't know why you're not addressing this and not returning our texts/calls. I waited several days and still nothing - so here we are. I was nothing but kind to all of the follks we dealt with. I offered the crew food & beverages. ThankedDaniel profusely, polite to Spencer in my calls and texts. This is really, really upsetting to me, after spending SO much money. THE main reason we went with them was for the LIFE TIME WARRANTY! which clearly means absolutley nothing. BEWARE! The attached photos do not do a great job of showing how deep and long the crack(s) is/are. The entire front step is cracking away from the porch.

After some research, we contacted NA Concrete to build a hot tub pad EXCELLENT MOVE ON OUR PART ! They were very responsive right from the beginning with Kyle ( owner) and Spencer arranging for a quick turnaround on the quote. They were very accommodating to fit us in the schedule to meet our timelines. The initial crew showed up - Dylan and Alex. They were fantastic - they didnt hesitate to answer our many questions and brought forward suggestions which in turn lead to expanding the project - again, excellent move on our part ( approx 27x12 ft pad). The following day additional support arrived - Big G and Accon. The crew worked diligently throughout the day (hot weather) and their positive attitudes never waned - hard work done and a few laughs along the way. Just as impressive was their approach to maintaining the job site in a clean and orderly manner while also ensuring our property and neighbourhood was respected. We are thrilled with the work that was done and would have no hesitation recommending them. Kyle has built a customer centric team backed by quality work delivering as promised- Well done !
