My water heater suddenly stopped working and that was a great inconvenience as my family and I have just moved into our new home. As I was driving I seen an LG truck and quickly took down they’re number. The next day I gave the company a call and they were able to book an appointment within the same day which was awesome. The LG contractors were so polite, they walked me through the type of water heater I have and suggested a water heater that would best suite my home. This company really went above and beyond, thank you LG!

During these crazy times, I could have not asked a great HVAC company. I contacted LG home comfort after getting over 5 quotes. Once I spoke to Pat, in minutes I was sold, the knowledge and suggestions for our home was second to none (price and quality brands). I definitely have give a bigger thanks to Tech Rob and Gordon, they were awesome and very professional, the quality of install was a 10+, attention to detail and neatness. I highly recommend LG Home comfort

My water heater was leaking. Called reliance and got an appointment fast. Great services as well. LG contractor's came and I was thinking that they just came to take a look and determine what was wrong. They didn't just do that, they replaced the heater in less than an hour. Great service, very professional and friendly.

Very fast, efficient service! Our tenant's furnace was old and burnt out. LG Home Comfort was very quick in responding to the call and had a new furnace the next day!

No Heat from furnace in Oct when starting to get cold. Came quickly. Very professional, walked me through what they were doing, no surprises, problem was fixed! Turned out to be insufficient return airflow. Took the time to walk me through my home to find all the return vents, checked they were open and unobstructed. I never would have been able to figure it out myself. Thank you!

My tankless water heater was behaving erratically, with wild temperature fluctuations of water, so I called LG and the next morning they came and fixed the problem and now it works fine. It took about 20 minutes to diagnose the issue as it could have been many things, but they noticed a lot of scale buildup on the temperature sensor and said that's probably the cause, and sure enough it was. The cleaned off the scale, dusted the whole unit from the inside, and tightened the air intake and now it works great. Total job time was about 1 hour. There was no attempt to upsell or perform services I didn't need. The price was in line with industry standards, as there were two servicemen present, plus they have an office to maintain and they made an urgent house call. Their professionalism and honesty was beyond expectations, however. I will surely call them again if I need any service that they provide.
