I am in Uxbridge, Ontario and I had an LG heat pump installed for a coach house apartment. Installation went well aand unit was running fine but there was an accident a few months later and the unit fell over. I called for service to check out the unit and they set it up for a Friday. I waited four hours and no one showed. I called on Saturday morning and they set it up again for Sunday afternoon. I waited 4 hours. No one showed up again. I called Sunday afternoon and they said the technician would be there Monday morning. Can you believe I waited another four hours and no one showed???? There is a serious problem with this service contractor..... Something seriously wrong with this service department.

Amazing customer service, professional, and courteous, very clean as well, great company, will use them again

Terrible company, basically an unsolicited door knock sale with a loop hole. They were not truthful ... every step and in the end went silent.

Jasmet and his partner went above to make sure my instal was complete. had some issues with the intake valve and had to call city for shut off. Jasmet worked with the city to make sure i got my water back on and all the work was done with no further issues. thanks to a great team for all their help. would definitely recommend this team for home heater installation.

they charge you for everything, when I asked for the rebate, the person was rude.

Very bad experience After installation, water leaked overnight and made a complete disaster. Heat is not working Technician drop by on request, good technicians, but they told me that they have not installed heat pump for heating the house instead it is directly from furnace, why, they told me the complete system is with heat pump. Very disappointed. Heat still not working I have to go to next level for complaint

Was sold a system that was promised to qualify for the Green Homes Loan and current Rebate program only to have our audit done and find out that what they sold us does NOT qualify for either the loan or the rebate. Now we are stuck financing twelve thousand dollars at a 14% interest rate. This is on top of propery damage and major instalation issues that the company has acknowledged (after having someone do an inspection) but has failed to offer restitution for. Do not get fooled by this company they are only out to upsell you and pressure you. We fell for it and have nothing but regret and debt.

I saw the add of LG home comfort , I put my information, the agent came to my house, he promised with everything good about the company , he told me the equipment, prices and service are the best in Ontario, and he claimed that other companies of the same business are not good. My story started when I agreed on dismantling the equipment that I have in my house and let them put their equipment, I checked the prices of their equipment online and I found them worth $ 7550, they gave it me for $18000 , 2. The warranty of 10 years on service and parts is totally fake, I called them the 2nd day to come and fix the Thermostat, they said I have to put hold of $150 on Credit card as preservice. So the service is not free of charges as they claimed 3. They informed me that they will take care of my rental service of removed old equipment but they didn't, and the renting company Reliance kept sending me bills because LG comfort kept the old equipment and didn't send it back to Reliance 4. They promised me that I can get the government loan of 10 years without interest which they always put in their add to deceive customers, I did the application as they said and I didn't get the loan. 5. The agent told me they will clean the ducts in my house as I get their equipment, but they never did, they told me to ask other duct cleaners and do it on my own charge. 6. When you call LG comfort customer service, they put you on hold then they transfer you to leaves a voice mail, and they don't call back at all. 7. This company is a money holic they just through catches to customers and make them suffer 8. I have bad experience with company, it is not comfortable as they claim, and their agents are trained on hiding information and giving information that catches customers 9. They hooked me up with a financing company immediately to get their money and make you suffer for 10 years paying high interest monthly payments 10. I don't recommend this LG uncomfortable for anyone Thanks
