    Air conditioner

    I had the best possible experience with LG Home Comfort - if I could rate them more than 10 stars I would. From start to finish, the process was seamless, stress free and I could not be happier with the end result.

    Heat Pump Install

    LG Home Comfort recently came to install my new heat pump. From start to finish the work was top notch. The guys who did the work were efficient, knowledgeable and made sure they left their work area clean!

    New air conditioner

    The AC was not working and another company said it would take up to 7 days for a replacement. We had seen the LG trucks at a neighbours house and they were happy to recommend them. Efficient and professional. A new unit in less than 24 hours!

    LG arrived at the scheduled time. They explained the work to be done and approximate time to finish. Very knowledgeable guys

    Amazing Installation, Even Better Service

    Couldn't be happier, i was expecting a difficult experience as these quotes usually go withb a pushy sales guy. Gentlemen named Dimitry came by, and he was honest and transparent and not pushy at all. He actually informed us of a few reasons why we wouldnt qualify for the rebate, instead of promising we would get all of our money back! We ended up getting a heatpump and water heater installed in our property in Oshawa. We financed them just as advertised on the add we clicked and everything is working great. Would definetly recommend Dimitry from LG for anyone in the GTA.

    Dimitry was Amazing! Thank you!

    We had already gotten 2 quotes before LG came in, and both were cheaper. When Dimitry came in for our third quote he did not push us into higher priced equipment, in fact he talked us out of getting a Reverse Osmosis, and said we don't need to upgrade to a tankless water heater. We took advantage of the blowout sale they had and did a next day installation for a Heatpump and Furnace and Tank. The installer showed up with the wrong furnace, but came back in time with the correct one while the other installer finished up the tank and heatpump. Everything was done quickly and cleanly. We were cautious to leave a review until we saw the difference in our bills as that's what we were promised, and we couldn't be more happier. They basically halved! Thank you so much LG and Dimitry, can't recommend enough!

    Tankless water heater

    Told me 5,000 ended 7,245.00 deceptive practices Contacted Consumer protection, horrible experience, arrogant sales manager, salesperson

    Terrible service

    After sale was done, the installers and operations team were totally unprofessional. Tech person came the first of 3 times not prepared with the parts to do job. It took 5 weeks of the company not staying in contact with me to let me know how things stood. I waited around for 5 different days through the 5 weeks before finally calling them to cancel. In my opinion, they don't value the customers time.

    poor customer service

    they installed a heat pump, a new furnace, they left ,I have been trying to get something looked at . I have called and left messages oh they say they will get back to me .but no return calls .they asked me to send them a picture but i think they should come out and see what i am talking about. I have called the head office and customer service even the sales man no action for almost a year...We are not happy customers.

    HVAC Equipment

    I have experienced the most terrible experience with a vendor in my entire life with the worst customer service ever dealing with LGComfort. The sales manager and operations manager are irrespectful and will not honour their own words. Additionally, they put my kids and me in a very high risk with a gas leak . This company only wants my money and is not interested at all in my safety .
