LG replaced furnace and installed heatpump in Nov 23 as part of energy rebate program. Pre and Post audits were done by outside contractor setup through LG. Now this outside contractor is calling and sending me bills since LG has not paid them for the audits as outlined in my contract with LG. Now MY credit rating is being affected! Outside auditor handles paperwork for rebate but is not processing due to not being paid by LG. Checked status of rebate and final submission still not handed in so no rebate being processed yet. We are talking about $7100 to me in rebate, with normal time of 24-30 weeks waiting for cheque to arrive but for me it will now be minimum 46-52 weeks from installation if process is started today, which it is not. I have contacted LG several times by email, chat and phone and was always told they would take care of this. It has been months and nothing has changed, I am still getting past due notices. I know this is not an isolated incident as my neighbour had a heat pump installed a few weeks after me and is going through the same issue.

We switched our heat pump and LG guys came well on time and took whole day to install the required stuff. The staff was professional and humble and took the time to explain changes made in home. I would recommend their services to everyone.

Heat pump install was very professional and well done. The contractors were easy to chat with and clearly explained the process to me. I was very comfortable having them in my home. They did a great job with the install and cleaned their mess after, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, U highly recommend LG Home Comfort.

Had the system installed at the end of January from LG HOME COMFORT. it's a 3 head system. The whole process from consultation to installation was seamless. Staff was knowledgeable. Happy with the service and the system.

We arranged for an evaluation of forced air gas furnace and AC and replaced our aged equipment with a new FAG Furnace and Heat Pump as per the evaluation and recommendation. Since installation, we have had finished basement flooding due to external placement of the new heat pump. The extreme amount if water discharge was not discussed withvus at all prior to install. Our efforts to resolve have been met with silence. Inviting a tech to evaluate resulted in a service call charge and a promise to have a manager follow up. Months later, no follow up. We are now in a position of needing to hire a different company to advise and likely relocate the heat pump prior to beginning to resolve the water damage from water intrusion in to our finished lower level kitchen. Very unsatisfactory, considering this install was pushed to occur very quickly in July with absolutely no conversation regarding water discharge. Expensive lessen for us which is getting more expensive each day this continues to be unresolved. The photos provided really don't properly capture the ice dam that forms under the heat pump at minus temperatures, nor the ice hazard that has been created on the walkway running between our house and the neighbour's exterior foundation wall. At the moment, we are emptying more than a bucket a day of water that ends up draining out and down the side of our foundation, finding its way through our foundation wall.

Went through quite a few appraisals and the price was anywhere from 8500 to 4000+ installation plus taxes. This company did not hide anything. He asked a couple questions check the size of the house and he immediately recommend the unit for $4500 included installation for the same unit that other company was offering for $6000. Thats what told me because they did not try to hide anything. Two guys came around 1030 and they were done by 2 oclock. Nice clean job.

I used LG home comfort to install a new heat pump at my property. Everyone from the company was helpful and professional. The salesperson Arman, explained the process in detail. The technicians sent to install the heat pump were professional, and took great care not to leave any mess. They completed the job within a few hours. I would definitely recommend services from LG home comfort.

I dealt with sales representative Cong, very knowledgeable and friendly. A few things were left out of the requirements for install, including that another line would need to be run to our thermostat. This meant we had to cut multiple holes in a recently drywalled basement, ceiling. The repairs were our responsibility. Not a big deal but would have been nice to know up front. On the day the technicians came to install my Heat Pump they noticed they were missing parts that they needed to complete the job. This was realized after they had started the install and my house was without heat. I was then asked if I would go to the nearest hardware store and purchase the required parts myself, after already paying for the install. I was unable to do this as I had a child sleeping in the house. Eventually, they sent one of the technicians to get the parts after I called around to local hardware stores and located the part for them. After the install, my igniter to my propane furnace began malfunctioning. My HRV system also began to have a burning smell. These issues were not present prior to this install. I live in a newer home and the system is only 6 years old. I started calling LG Home comfort on January 19th to inquire about support. I left messages with them and my sales representative. I got no call backs, even though my sales representative claimed he prioritized my concerns. I continued to call until I finally got someone on the phone on February 12th. They scheduled to come to my house today, the 16th of February in between 12-6pm. They never came, never called. Ive heard nothing. This has been a terrible experience. Customer service is non existent. I do not recommend this company. Go elsewhere if you can.
