Our neighbors recommended ShandyMan to us, and we're glad they did. We're very pleased with the work Jesse, Asa, and team did in running HVAC to a new room and covering it with an unobtrusive bulkhead. The final result looks great, it was reasonably priced and on budget, it was completed exactly when they said it would be, and they were lovely to deal with. We'd definitely work with ShandyMan again.

Very tricky roof leak that had been bugging us for years. The Shandyman team took a step back to assess where the leak was coming from before giving us a quote and outlining the job. Very professionally done too, we haven't had a single leak since. Gave them siding and sprayfoam work too. Will always use them in future. Glad to refer to others!

Jesse and team did a fantastic job with our condo renovation. We changed the specs of the job multiple times throughout the project, and they handled every change with ease. Great people to work with and the best part was, the project was completed ahead of schedule. That is a first for me with a general contractor. Keep up the great work Shandyman!

This is the 3rd or 4th job that we have had the Shandyman crew complete for us. They nailed our bathroom renovation, despite there being the usual challenges when working with a 110 year old house. They were very transparent about what we were up against and what our trade off were which gave us a lot of comfort throughout the project. Their staff is always super nice, approachable and professional. Jesse, Asa and Jeremy always feel like an extended member of our family when they are here. Would hire them again and recommend to anyone looking for home renos. The added bonus of working with Shandyman is that they are a locally owned small business and grew up in the area, so we love that about them as well.

Do not hire this company. They will take your money and run. I hire them for a leak in my ceiling Marcus their plumber did a terrible job left a hole in my ceiling. No one will return my call. Shandyman will not hold up to their end of the bargain. I am so angry writing this review. I am out $600

We hired Shandyman to do the facade of the front of our business and while i was very nervous about the job because of enevitable surprises that come with a 100+ year old building, I never felt that I wasn't in good hands. Overall I'm thrilled with the final result and feel confident that it will hold up well for years to come. As a woman, I often find contractors underestimate how much I know and it's not uncommon that I feel patronized when talking about these things with them. I never felt that way while working with this team and overall my personal experience with them was very good! All of their workers were always very pleasant and friendly to interact with and it's clear to me that they have great communication between them. They accommodated some personal taste changes along the way with grace and communicated any change in price due to surprises beneath the surface. While the final cost of this job ended up being a bit more than the original quote I was not surprised in the least! you can always expect the unexpected on old buildings like ours. All said and done the price of this job was within the average spend for something like this and I feel I got a fair price and my money's worth. Thanks everyone!

Called Shane from Shandyman Contracting to build some stairs and install skirting around a sun room. He gave us a fair quote. Job was done on time and on budget. Great communication skills from his team.

We had a leak in our roof and Shandyman came quickly to examine our roof and provided three alternatives for repairing the problem. We were impressed with the honesty of the evaluation and how quickly the roof was repaired. The workers were efficient and our property left spotless. We highly recommend Shane and his team for any home repairs. Outstanding!

The Shandyman Team was great, very flexible and responsive in arranging times to work, and the quality of work has been great. There was a minor issue I wasn't happy about and they very quickly came back to resolve it. A great group to work with.
